Matthias Wetzel INDUSTRIEBESCHRIFTUNGEN GmbH (MWIB) combines industrial manufacturing with its own special machine construction. In our production facility, we offer a wide range of processes: • Industrial painting and powder coating • Laser marking and laser engraving • Screen printing, pad printing, and UV digital printing • Mechanical engraving • Precision vibratory finishing • Label production • Assembly of components • Optical 3D measurement as well as quality and surface inspection. We process components made of metal, plastic, glass, and other materials – from individual parts and small batches to series production. Our second core competency: Special machine construction based on practical experience. We develop our own machines and automation solutions for specific industrial processes. Examples include the MWIB cable roughener for the defined preparation of cable surfaces before overmolding or potting, and the TÜLLEMAT for the automated assembly of sealing and protective grommets. We also develop solutions for the optical industry for the automated processing and marking of optical components. What makes MWIB special is that we understand manufacturing processes from our own daily production. Therefore, our machines are not only developed in the design phase, but also based on the concrete requirements of industrial practice. Our customers come from sectors including mechanical engineering, medical technology, optics, vision, precision mechanics, mechatronics, and cable assembly.
