The Foundation for Perfect Surfaces: A high-quality coating begins long before painting or powder coating. Contaminants, grease, and residues can significantly impact adhesion, corrosion protection, and the final surface finish. With chemical pretreatment at MWIB, we create the ideal foundation for subsequent coating, marking, and processing. Depending on the material, component, and requirements, we employ various methods: • Parts cleaning – removes production and processing residues and prepares components for further processing. • Pickling – provides controlled surface treatment and can improve its properties for subsequent processes. • Degreasing – removes grease, oil, and other contaminants, creating a clean base for adhesion. • Passivation – improves corrosion protection and the chemical resistance of the treated surface.
