Where flat surfaces end, pad printing demonstrates its strength: precise marking even on complex geometries.

Precise Marking – Even on Uneven Surfaces. Not every component offers a perfect printing surface. Pad printing truly shines on curved, uneven, or textured surfaces. MWIB utilizes pad printing for precise and detailed markings on a wide variety of component geometries. An elastic silicone pad picks up the print image from the printing plate and transfers it to the workpiece. Its flexibility allows the pad to conform to the component surface, enabling the printing of shapes that are difficult to reach with other printing methods. Logos, symbols, scales, operating instructions, and technical markings can be applied with fine details and crisp contours. The process is suitable for numerous materials, including plastics, metals, and glass.
