It should protect components, meet functional requirements, and simultaneously create a high-quality, reproducible surface. MWIB offers industrial coatings for a wide variety of components and requirements – from individual parts and prototypes to series production. We select the coating process to match the geometry, material, quantity, application, and desired surface finish. Our range extends from manual wet painting to automated robotic and automated painting. Partial painting and targeted retouching of paint defects are also possible. Depending on customer requirements, we can implement various: • Colors and coating systems • Gloss levels from glossy to matte • Smooth or textured surfaces • Functional and decorative coatings • Custom masking and unpainted areas. Typical applications include housings, trim panels, front panels, individual mechanical parts, injection-molded parts, and complete assemblies. A particular strength of MWIB lies in the combination of different processing steps. Components can be pre-treated, painted, and then labeled or printed at our facility. Laser marking, engraving, screen printing, and pad printing are among the available options. MWIB handles these processes in-house. This means you receive surface finishing and marking from a single source – tailored to the technical and visual requirements of your component.
