The Senergy-IDC is a 24V motor roller for machine builders who require maximum flexibility in their choice of controller when integrating their drive technology. Thanks to its integrated commutation, the Senergy-IDC can be operated with compatible third-party controllers, allowing for flexible integration into existing machine and automation concepts.

The internal drive commutation (IDC) relocates the motor commutation to the motor housing. Via the standardized 5-pin M8 connector and the analog 0-10V interface, the motor roller can be used with a wide range of compatible third-party controllers. This allows machine builders to retain their preferred control architecture and integrate the reliable Pulseroller drive technology into existing systems.

The Senergy-IDC is particularly suitable for machine builders who want to continue using existing control systems, modernize existing machines, or implement a manufacturer-independent drive solution. It is designed as a drop-in replacement for many motor rollers with internal drives, thus simplifying the retrofitting of existing systems.

Mechanically, the Senergy-IDC is based on the proven Senergy design. The brushless 24V DC motor and the robust metal planetary gearbox offer high overload capacity, high starting torque, and reliable power transmission. With up to 42 W of mechanical power, the motor roller is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Different versions are available depending on requirements, including standard, deep-freeze, and humid environment variants. Protection ratings up to IP66/IP69K enable use even in demanding environments.
