The ConveyLinx-Ai3 RC/FC 24V | 48V is an intelligent two-zone network controller for 24V motor rollers and gearmotors with an M8 4-pin connector. Its particular strength lies in Piercing Technology, which enables fast, safe, and tool-free installation of the power supply.

For machine builders, this means significantly simplified wiring. The controller is connected directly to the power cable without the need to strip, crimp, screw, or solder wires. This reduces installation time and allows controllers to be quickly replaced during maintenance or retrofits.

The ConveyLinx-Ai3 is available in two versions: The RC version (Round Cable) allows the use of 6 mm² round cables for power supply and is particularly suitable for applications with longer cable lengths. The FC version (Flat Cable) uses a standard ASI flat ribbon cable and enables standardized and particularly simple wiring.

In addition to simplified installation, the ConveyLinx-Ai3 offers a high degree of operational flexibility. The controller features four Ethernet protocols, internal ZPA logic, and advanced diagnostic functions. This allows it to be used both for standalone ZPA applications and as part of a PLC-controlled system.
Motors and logic are powered by separate power supplies. Integration into higher-level control systems is achieved via standard communication protocols such as PROFINET and EtherNet/IP. The controller is also designed for full integration into topology configurations.
