The ConveyLinx-Ai2 for 24V and 48V is an intelligent two-zone network controller for pulse rollers, motorized rollers, and gear motors with an M8 4-pin connector. It combines decentralized drive control with integrated logic and flexible communication, offering machine builders a powerful solution for modern automation and conveyor technology.

A particular advantage is the integrated ZPA (Zero Pressure Accumulation) logic. This allows applications to be controlled autonomously without requiring a PLC to program every single motion sequence. The internal control logic handles key functions, thereby reducing the amount of PLC source code required. For machine builders, this means less programming effort and a simplified system architecture.

At the same time, the ConveyLinx-Ai2 can be flexibly integrated into higher-level automation systems. Supported protocols include PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and CC-Link IE Field Basic. This allows the controller to be integrated into various machine and plant designs and adapted to existing PLC environments.

The controller can control up to two motors in two zones and features connections for four sensors. Senergy-Ai motor spools and PGD-Ai gearmotors can be connected quickly and securely via the M8 4-pin connectors. The compact design also allows for space-saving installation directly in the side frame.

EasyRoll+ is available for commissioning, configuration, and diagnostics. Features such as automatic configuration, comprehensive diagnostic capabilities, and motor and overload protection support rapid commissioning and reliable operation.
