The Senergy-Ai motor roller is a powerful and robust drive solution for modern machinery and conveyor technology. With 24V and 48V versions, the Senergy-Ai offers machine builders the flexibility to choose the operating voltage that best suits their specific machine design.

The Senergy-Ai features a standardized M8 4-pin connector and external commutation. This allows it to be flexibly combined with various Pulseroller controllers and integrated into different machine and automation concepts. Internal data storage, as well as extensive remote control and diagnostic capabilities, also support efficient commissioning and maintenance.

The 48V version expands the capabilities of the Senergy-Ai, particularly for applications with more demanding requirements. The higher operating voltage enables greater torque and more precise, smoother acceleration. At the same time, it reduces the current in the power cables, allowing for longer cable runs and a more flexible system design. The number of power supplies required can also be reduced.
For machine builders, the Senergy-Ai thus offers a unified drive platform that can be adapted to different performance and integration requirements.
