BAAS manufactures precision machined parts to customer drawings, from one-off components to small batches. We work with production and maintenance departments, supplying both individual requirements and parts needed repeatedly for operating equipment.

We supply fully machined, inspected and ready-to-install components. Depending on the project, we coordinate material sourcing, machining, welding, heat and surface treatment, grinding, final inspection, documentation, packaging and dispatch.

We machine structural, quenched and tempered, and tool steels, as well as stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, bronze, brass, copper and engineering plastics. Demanding materials and material combinations are part of our daily work.

Material traceability and measurement reports are available on request. For repeat orders, we manufacture consistently to the approved drawing.
