That is exactly what we are here for. We manufacture to drawing, from a sample, or from the worn part you send us. Single pieces included, CAD data not required.

Materials from structural steel through heat-treatable and tool steels to stainless steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Demanding material combinations — such as stainless steel welded onto CrMo4 — are part of our daily work.

The entire process runs in-house, from work preparation through welding and machining to surface treatment, final inspection and packaging. One contact, no transport between plants.
