BAAS manufactures precision bearing housings to customer drawings for production equipment, maintenance and new machinery. We supply one-off components, small batches and repeat orders for long-term spare-parts requirements.
Depending on the design, manufacturing can combine turning, milling, boring, drilling, threading and grinding. Particular attention is paid to bearing seats, alignment, fits, mounting surfaces and the position of bores and threaded connections.
Bearing housings can be manufactured from steel, quenched and tempered steel, stainless steel, cast iron or other materials specified in the drawing. Heat treatment and surface treatment are coordinated as required.
Each housing is supplied fully machined and inspected, ready for assembly or installation. Material traceability and measurement reports are available on request.
