About us
For almost 30 years, BAAS has been manufacturing precision parts and assemblies to customer drawings: from single pieces to small batches, always made to your specification.
Our parts work where downtime gets expensive — in rolling and cooling lines in steelworks, in rubber, paper and food processing plants, and in special machinery.

WHAT SETS US APART
Demanding materials and material combinations are part of our daily work. One example: CrMo4 bearing housings with internal cooling channels and a welded stainless-steel cover — in continuous operation at ambient temperatures up to 1400 °C.
Family-owned, 25 employees, complete in-house production — from work preparation to final inspection. Material traceability and measurement protocol supplied with every delivery on request.

5-axis machining in a single setup. Workpieces up to Ø1000 mm and 1000 kg — fully machined in one operation.
