Houses with internal cooling
Our CrMo4 bearing housings with internal cooling operate in environments with temperatures up to 1400 °C – ideal for rolling and cooling lines in steelworks, where liquid steel is guided and cooled on rollers at initial temperatures between 1200 and 1350 °C. The housings are equipped with internal cooling channels and a welded stainless-steel cover – a demanding combination of dissimilar materials that we have mastered over the years to ensure maximum durability and thermal performance.
Solid Steel Block
Solid Steel Block made from solid material – designed for safe and precise workpiece holding during machining. We custom-developed it for our own CNC machines, where it has been serving reliably, stably, and consistently in production. We offer solutions up to 3000 × 800 × 800 mm, tailored to each application. For larger dimensions and special shapes, we manufacture clamping fixtures from welded constructions to ensure easier handling.
