Ready-to-connect hybrid cables save installation space, weight and design time

Save installation space and weight with only one cable for power and data: this is easy with the assembled readycable hybrid cables from igus. New in the range are the ready-to-connect cables suitable for SEW-EURODRIVE with MOVILINK DDI and Siemens SINAMICS S210 with OCC. In addition to PUR, the latter is also available with an outer jacket made of cost-effective PVC. Macros for the EPLAN Electric P8 software speed up cable planning by around 50 percent. Like all cables in the readycable series, the new hybrid cables have a stable outer jacket, a strain-relieved core, movement-optimized strands, a braided structure with a short lay length and a gusset-filled extruded inner jacket. All models have undergone several million test cycles in igus’ 3,800 square meter test laboratory. igus therefore gives an above-average chainflex cable warranty of 36 months.
