Around 250 high-quality system profiles, combined with advanced connection technology and a wide range of accessories, enable almost any construction for machine frames, Enclousers, and industrial equipment. Both compact frames and heavy-duty load-bearing structures can be realized efficiently. Four profile series with grid sizes of 25, 40, 50, and 60 mm ensure the right solution for every application.

BOXEXPERT presents the Alster series, aluminum empty enclosures for demanding applications. In mechanical engineering and plant engineering, these housings must withstand external influences. The robust and waterproof AlSi 12 aluminum housings are ideal for protecting and wiring electronics in various applications, especially in EMC-critical environments. The aluminum material enables optimal dissipation of interference currents via the housing wall. The special EMC special coating reinforces the basic protection for electromagnetic compatibility. Manufactured using a die-casting process, the Alster housings offer high process stability and minimal manufacturing tolerances. The housing surface is corrosion and weather-resistant, and is also powder-coated for UV insensitivity. With protection ratings of IP66, IP67 and IP68, they are waterproof and robust against moisture, oils and alkalis. The impact resistance level of IK09 makes it ideal for mechanical and plant engineering. The housing seal made of low-wear polyurethane offers further protection against dust and liquids. The tongue and groove principle between the seal and the housing cover achieves a protection class of at least IP66. Integrated threaded holes enable installations such as DIN rails and mounting plates to be easily attached without additional housing processing. The attractive design makes the Alster housings also suitable as control housings, ideal for smaller installations and control elements. Special ground screws are included in the accessories.

Ganter has long offered an extensive range of accessories for building machines, systems or workstations with standard profile systems. The aluminum profiles themselves have now also been added, along with the associated connecting parts. Ganter always thinks in terms of applications – that is the great strength of the market leader in standard parts. The same is true for the newest additions to the product portfolio: system-based aluminum profiles. The anodized, extruded profiles match the dimensions and properties of the longstanding systems of Bosch and Item, with heavy and light versions, a variety of cross-sections, dimensions and slot arrangements. For some time, Ganter’s product range has included many key elements for the custom use of profile systems. These include diverse angle brackets, T-nuts and everything else for attaching parts directly and indirectly to modular profile constructions: U-handles, hinges, panel support clamps and leveling feet, just to list a few examples. Now the profiles themselves are included, as are specific connecting elements and other parts, such as cover and edging profiles, end caps, joints and foot plates. Thanks to these additions, it is now possible to build entire fixtures, machines, systems or workstations with Ganter parts – with no need to order additional parts from other suppliers, making procurement simpler and more efficient.

The angular gear stage is available in two transmission ratios (i=1 and i=2). These can be combined with the Heidrive planetary gears from the HMPG and HMDG series in any order, resulting in up to 120 different combinations. Due to the ratio i=2 in the angle, a reduction to a 1-stage planetary gear at the output can be achieved in many applications, which lowers the costs and space requirements significantly. The angle gearbox is made of a lightweight die-cast aluminum body and stands out with its thermally optimized and compact design. In addition to its efficiency-optimized bevel gears with low noise emission, it also offers a reduced torsional backlash. The gear units are maintenancefree due to a lifetime lubrication with grease.

Die hochrobusten, korrosions- und UV-beständigen Wandschaltschränke der Reihe ARCA IEC von FIBOX sind in zahlreichen Varianten und Abmessungen von 200 x 300 x 150 mm bis 800 x 600 x 300 mm lieferbar. Die aus glasfaserverstärktem Polycarbonat gefertigten Gehäuse stellen eine herkömmlichen Stahlblechgehäusen überlegene Lösung für die Installation von Schaltkomponenten, IT und Kommunikationstechnik dar. Ihre Material- und Konstruktionsmerkmale prädestinieren die Modellreihe für den Innen- wie Außeneinsatz auch in besonders rauen Industrieumgebungen. Durch ihre eingeschäumte PUR-Dichtung wird die Schutzart IP 66 erreicht. Das in Teilen doppelwandige Design und der randverstärkte Deckel sorgen für höchste Schlagfestigkeit bis IK 10. Zudem weist das Gehäusematerial eine hohe Brandsicherheit und Flammwidrigkeit gemäß UL94 5VA auf. Unterschiedliche Schließungen und eine optionale, abschließbare Innentür decken verschiedenste Sicherheitsanforderungen ab. Weitere markante Vorteile bestehen in der deutlichen Gewichtseinsparung, dem leichteren Handling und der unkomplizierten Gehäusebearbeitung. Kabeldurchführungen und andere Durchbrüche benötigen kein Spezialwerkzeug, sondern lassen sich einfach mittels Kegelbohrer vornehmen, ohne die Dichtwirkung zu beeinträchtigen. Montagedome in Unterteil, Deckel und allen vier Seiten vereinfachen den Innenausbau. Als installationsfreundliches Zubehör stehen u.a. werkzeuglos installierbare Montagerahmen und Montageplatten für einen höhenvariablen Einbau sowie Befestigungen zur Wand- oder Mastmontage zur Wahl.
