BOXEXPERT presents the Michel series, plastic housings made of ABS for mechanical engineering, which offer maximum flexibility thanks to a modular height concept. The waterproof housing with TPE seal achieves IP66/67 protection, ensuring complete protection for electrical installations in demanding environments, both indoors and outdoors. The robust and halogen-free plastic is weather-resistant, UV-resistant and resistant to extreme temperatures (-40°C to +80°C). With an impact resistance of IK08, the housing can withstand extreme environmental conditions such as hail, frost or extreme heat. The modular height concept of the Michel series allows different cover heights for the same footprint, ideal for installations beyond the standard. This offers a flexible solution without having to switch to a larger housing. The housing series offers metric knockouts on the sides of the lower housing part or smooth housing walls for individual assembly of cable glands. The pre-stamped holes can be opened without special tools, while smooth housing walls enable a high-quality look and individual positioning of the cable entries. The accessories include mounting screws for easy installation of DIN rails or mounting plates without having to work on the bottom of the housing. Mounting plates, DIN rails (TS15 or TS35), wall mounting tabs and hinges are also available.

BOXEXPERT presents the St. Pauli series, wall housings made of robust plastic, either made of polycarbonate or ABS. The series was developed for quick and easy installations, inspired by the lively St. Pauli district. The low weight makes the housing particularly easy to handle and saves time and money during assembly. Despite its lightness, the housing meets all quality standards and is technically suitable for indoor and outdoor use. With a high impact strength of IK07, UV resistance and weather resistance, it is durable and reliable even in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +60°C) and harsh environmental conditions. The halogen-free plastic ensures that the electronics and housing are protected from frost, extreme heat, hail or heavy rain. The protection class IP65 in accordance with DIN EN 60529/DIN 40050 is achieved by a seal made of low-wear polyurethane between the housing cover and the bottom, which ensures effective sealing of the housing joints from the outside. The St. Pauli series offers metric knockouts in the lower part of the housing for easy cable entry without additional tools. Various domes in the housing enable mounting plates or DIN rails to be attached. The housing cover extends over the entire dimension of the housing and offers enough area for printing, such as a company logo. The captive plastic screws in the outer corners of the lid are reusable and ensure secure attachment. The transparent housing cover offers the possibility of reading indicator lights or status displays.

The ACURA series was developed to enable complex workpieces to be machined not only with high precision, but also reliably and quickly in 5 axes. The modern travelling column concept is just as impressive in high-productivity parts production as it is in performance machining. The type of ACURA with a constant vertical axis eliminates the disadvantages of many conventional machining centres and ensures better accuracy and higher cutting performance. Thanks to its small dimensions, an ACURA can also be integrated into almost any production facility. A large sliding door and the low machine bed height provide perfect access to the rotating/swivelling table of the 5-axis machining centre.
