      Datahub

A data hub is a central platform for managing and providing large and diverse amounts of data within a company. It enables the structured collection, standardization, and distribution of information from different sources—regardless of data type, format, or source system. In contrast to traditional data silos, the DataHub promotes company-wide data availability, creates clear responsibilities, and forms the basis for data-driven innovations and automation. Our DataHub enables you to: Increase efficiency Fast access to up-to-date and consistent data shortens decision-making and innovation cycles. Scalability Data sources and systems can be flexibly integrated without restructuring existing architectures. Data security Centralized governance enables complete control over data protection, access, and use.

      Decentralized automation – zero cabinet

Decentralized automation system – zero cabinet Into the field, decentralize, modularize, combine technologies, act more energy efficiently, reduce and simplify complexity and find smart solutions. This is what Vario-X achieves: 100 percent decentralized automation without control cabinets. The Vario-X system solves increasingly complex production challenges. Vario-X is a modular system with solutions for every machine need imagined down to the smallest detail. You can plan and expand your system according to all the rules of the art – flexible, scalable, machine mountable and compact. Our decentralized system eliminates the need for time-consuming installation. Set-up times and error sources are eliminated. Service and down-times are adjusted to your production cycles through predictive maintenance. Sounds complex, but Murrelektronik makes it quite simple! The future of automation is cabinetless.

    3. Design & project execution

      Design & project execution

Design & project execution From the idea to delivery: Creating and implementing innovation Our creative design engineers and product designers work with you to develop and design the perfect solution using modern CAD and simulation software. We use this to generate your specific models, technical drawings and parts lists. We work with you closely to implement your projects and to coordinate the production, procurement of purchased parts and on-time completion. A selection of qualified partners supports us whenever needed. Our project managers and production planners are your direct contacts. We work together to support you throughout the entire realisation process. If necessary, we will be happy to provide you with qualified technical documentation.

    4. Design — your idea, perfectly implemented

Design — your idea, perfectly implemented

At HUNING Maschinenbau, every successful product begins with a well-thought-out design. Our experienced design team thinks ahead – often "outside the box" – to develop the best, most economical, and technically sound solution for our customers. 3D CAD Design – from Concept to Finished Solution Whether it starts with a simple hand sketch or an existing sample part, we take on the complete design process and develop the optimal manufacturing solution using state-of-the-art 3D CAD software. In doing so, we always take into account the later processing on our machines to minimize setup times, material usage, and costs. Our design services include: 3D design using modern CAD software Creation of manufacturing drawings, if required Data exchange via DXF, DWG, STEP, SAT, and PDF Seamless integration into the ERP-controlled production process Efficient, precise, cost-conscious Our strength lies in rethinking existing concepts. Through smart design adjustments, we often achieve significantly simpler and more cost-effective solutions – without compromising on quality or functionality. At HUNING, what’s created is not just a component – but the best solution for your application.

    5. Diagnosefähige Mikroschalte

      Diagnosefähige Mikroschalte

Was versteht man unter diesem Begriff?
