EGE Durchflusssensoren besitzen ein integriertes Messrohr, das „In‐line“ in einer Rohrleitung montiert wird. Dort überwachen sie analog oder digital den Durchfluss eines fließenden Mediums wie Wasser, Glykolgemische oder Chemikalien ebenso wie Luft bzw. Gase. Die Sensoren werden standardmäßig aus Edelstahl gefertigt. EGE bietet Sensoren, die auf dem kalorimetrischen, dem magnetisch-induktiven oder dem Vortex-Prinzip beruhen. Die Geräte lassen sich entweder intuitiv mittels Potenziometer und LED-Anzeige einstellen oder mittels Tastern und einem Multi-Segment-Display einfach programmieren. Sie sind im Einsatz in der Automatisierungsindustrie, der chemischen Industrie und überall dort, wo eine sichere, robuste und wartungsarme Überwachung von Durchflüssen gefordert ist.

EB 80 Ventilinsel
Die EB 80 wird als elektro-pneumatisches System definiert, weil es zu einfach wäre, den Begriff Ventilinsel zu verwenden. Hierbei kann eine einfache Montage Magnetventile aller Typen, Mehrfachgrundplatten, nach Bedarf platzierbare pneumatische und elektrische Anschlussmodule, digitale oder analoge Steuermodule für Ein- oder Ausgänge und vieles mehr, miteinander verbinden. Das EB 80-System ist durch zahlreiche Patente und Gebrauchsmuster geschützt. Die diese modernsten Konstruktionen zusätzlich aufwerten. Die Anzahl der möglichen Kombinationen ist unendlich, aber das kann mit einer kleinen Anzahl von Grundkomponenten erreicht werden. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wurden Hochleistungsventile kleiner Baugröße entwickelt, um die riesige Anwendungsvielfalt zu berücksichtigen. At 247TailorSteel, you can choose from edge rounding and edge breaking. These are two metal finishing techniques that are very similar, yet each leads to a different end result. All of our production locations have access to two or more edge finishing machines. This enables us to provide your product with the required finishing immediately after laser cutting. Our facilities are equipped with a total of twelve machines from renowned brands such as Lissmac, Timesavers and Q-Fin. Electric actuator
Extremely flexible, powerful and compact, our electric actuators are specially designed for industrial applications. The linear drives are based on a heavy-duty, peeled ballscrew and are equipped with a robust aluminium profile with versatile end/drive blocks and grooves integrated into the profile. This enables simple, direct and flexible mounting. When it comes to the motor connection, you can choose between an inline and a parallel connection. With a stroke that can be freely selected in millimetre steps and a wide range of accessories, you can customise the electric actuators directly in our product configurator.
