Maintaining the tightest tolerances and achieving reproducible surface finishes are part of our daily standard. By employing high-performance surface, cylindrical, and vibratory grinding technologies, we guarantee consistently high quality and process reliability. Our machinery includes high-quality grinding machines from renowned manufacturers such as STUDER, BLOHM, and WALTHER. This allows us to perform a wide range of grinding operations flexibly, economically, and with the highest precision. For cylindrical grinding, we rely, among other things, on the STUDER S33 CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine. It is suitable for individual parts, small and large production runs, and enables the machining of workpieces with center distances up to 1,600 mm, a center height of 175 mm, and weights up to 150 kg. Thanks to modern CNC technology, short setup times, and a powerful grinding head with two motor spindles, even complex workpieces can be completely machined in a single clamping. This reduces machining times, increases precision, and ensures maximum process reliability. Our range of services is complemented by high-precision surface grinding on BLOHM machines and state-of-the-art vibratory finishing technology from WALTHER. This allows us to achieve outstanding surface finishes and defined edge rounding. The combination of cutting-edge grinding technology, digitally controlled processes, and many years of experience enables the reliable production of high-precision components for demanding applications. Precision at the micrometer level – economical, reproducible, and consistently high-quality.

Our team of highly qualified employees—incl. process technicians and coating inspectors (Frosio level 3 certified)—apply coats using various methods: airmix, double membrane and airless. Special, combined coating and drying chambers offer flexibility and efficient processing. And we take the environment into consideration, e.g. with our blasting grit recovery and treatment systems as well as continuous de-dusting and water treatment plants.
