About us

Wache GmbH is a medium-sized family-owned company that was formed through the merger
of Wache GmbH & Co. KG from Hamburg with Feinmechanik Wache GmbH from Lübeck.
In the field of wheels, casters, and transport equipment, we stand for expertise and innovation
through design, manufacturing, and distribution. In collaboration with our customers,
we develop and produce a wide variety of products in the wheel and caster sector.
From the very beginning, we have maintained a close partnership with Blickle, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of wheels and casters. Together, we seek and find solutions. Together,
we stand for quality Made in Germany.
The transport equipment division for intralogistics enables us to provide advice that goes beyond
casters when designing in-plant transport solutions.

In the field of Vulkollan products, we have significantly expanded our capacities with a completely new production facility and are currently able to offer competitive delivery times.

We process original Vulkollan according to Bayer nomenclature based on Desmodur 15.
As a licensed partner of Covestro, we have years of experience with this material.

In addition to our standard products, we manufacture wheels, casters, and molded parts with Vulkollan or polyurethane coatings according to your drawings and design specifications.

We routinely process Shore hardnesses of 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, and 95° Shore A.
In addition to our standard products, we also offer hydrolysis-stabilized Vulkollan and polyurethane products for use in high-humidity environments, as well as electrically conductive and antistatic versions.

Contract manufacturing of precision mechanical products based on our customers’ drawings
is another key focus of our production. We offer a wide range of services, from prototypes and single-part production to large-scale series manufacturing. Here, the focus is on turning and milling—both conventional and on modern CNC machines— supplemented by the assembly of subassemblies and the welding of components.
Our production facilities in Germany enable short lead times and rapid implementation of your specifications.

To date, the smallest part we have delivered to a customer has a diameter of 0.21 mm and is 1.1 mm long, featuring drilled holes and milled surfaces. Our largest machining center can process workpieces measuring 3,000 x 900 x 1,100 mm (X x Y x Z).

We manufacture according to your drawings and CAD models and, depending on the part and machine, use CAD-CAM systems for programming as well as rapid shop-floor programming.

At our customers’ request, we assemble subassemblies. If soldering, welding, or bonding is required, we naturally perform these tasks ourselves.

We process a wide range of materials and have extensive experience with complex plastics and metal alloys. We work with semi-finished products in the form of bars or blanks, as well as cast and forged parts.

Our manufacturing process begins with prototypes and one-off parts and extends from small batches to production runs of tens of thousands of units.
