Milling technology
From conventional to 5-axis simultaneous machining – workpieces up to 3,000 x 800 x 1,100 mm.
Our machinery ranges from conventional machines and classic 3-axis machining centers to 5-axis machines for the simultaneous machining of freeform surfaces. Our largest machining centers can handle workpieces measuring 3,000 x 800 x 1,100 mm (X x Y x Z). Tool monitoring and temperature compensation are fully automated.

Grooves
Partial grooves in bores and contours: produced by broaching, drawing or directly during machining.

Flanged wheels
Suitable for your rail: various running surface gradients and flange positions, also available as a special design.

Standard versions made of cast iron, steel, stainless steel and polyamide or made to suit your installation situation.
