For many years, we have been producing wheels and casters with treads made from the high-performance material VULKOLLAN® – a polyurethane formulated with special raw materials that sets the standards for tear resistance, resilience, and damping. Furthermore, the material offers particularly good values in terms of rolling resistance and energy consumption. Toolmaking is a crucial aspect of processing VULKOLLAN® and polyurethane. We manufacture the tools in-house, thus guaranteeing an optimal production foundation. We adjust the Shore hardness of the material according to your specifications. Our modern production facilities give us the flexibility to continuously produce various Shore hardnesses, enabling us to quickly deliver the ideal product for your application.
