Smartcast* solutions are ideal for higher volume production, repeating business or when large cast products are needed. Tooling techniques can then be used to minimize material waste and machining. For cast nylon parts between 100 grams and 40 kg, a unique IM technology in combination with specialized molding techniques can produce series of 100 to 20,000 units.
