VMX - 3-way detectable polymers
VMX is a portfolio of detectable, food safe plastic materials designed to support foreign material control programs in the food and pharamaceutical processing and packaging industries. Developed in collaboration with food manufacturers and detection technology OEMs, VMX plastics offer the optimal combination of detectability, compliance, and performance. High detectability - These bright blue engineering plastics are detectable in three ways (Visual, Metal, X-ray), with successful detection of particles as small as 2mm. Regulatory compliance – VMX products are food grade plastics with FDA and EU 10/2011 approval for use in food processing. All materials come with migration test documentation. Performance – Great wear resistance to prevent contamination of foodstuffs. The materials are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals used to clean-in-place/sterilize-in-place.

High-performance recycled thermoplastics
MCAM’s Statera™ is an end-to-end offering of industrial plastic recycling solutions, designed to provide a seamless path to more sustainable engineering with a three-pronged program: - MCG's Sterra™ portfolio is a growing portfolio of high-performance engineering plastics with recycled content. - Customers gain access to in-depth environmental lifecycle assessment (LCA) data. - Extensive takeback programs for production scrap and end-of-life parts round up the offering. The benefits of using Sterra™ recycled polymers include: - Achieve carbon footprint reduction by up to 77% by switching to the Sterra™ portfolio. - Sterra™ helps you meet your sustainability goals, comply with environmental regulations, and strengthen your brand as an eco-conscious manufacturer. - Gain access to recycled materials that deliver the same technical reliability as virgin plastics, ensuring production quality remains uncompromised. - The Statera™ program provides in-depth lifecycle assessment (LCA) data and robust takeback solutions for production scrap and end-of-life parts, making it easier for you to quantify environmental impact and close the loop on material use.

Smartcast* customized cast polyamide solutions
A broad range of cast polyamide materials, advanced precision molding techniques and customized designs are the strengths of MCG's global casting solutions. If you're looking for standard or customized designs, tailored geometries, large or small quantities, MCG provides cast solutions that meet your individual requirements. High-performing lining materials for bulk material handling solutions
TIVAR™ liners are made from UHMW-PE, a material that offers the lowest coefficient of friction of all thermoplastics outside of PTFE. These lining materials offer you several advantages, including low friction sliding properties and exceptional abrasion and corrosion resistance. TIVAR™ UHMW-PE materials are known for their flow-promoting properties, helping you overcome common bulk material handling challenges such as blockages, caking, bridging, freezing, and hang-up of dry or moist materials.
