We cut almost any material. Processing size 6000mm x 3000mm

We aim to provide effective and economical sheet metal processing solutions for manufacturers of heating systems, heat pumps and air conditioning units.
We have been privileged to specialise in the manufacture of sheet metal parts and assemblies for many years, and we are grateful to be able to supply the leading German manufacturers. We tend to use either galvanised or stainless steel sheet metal. We are fortunate to have a significant inventory on hand, which allows us to respond swiftly to customer needs. We endeavour to achieve the greatest economic advantage for our customers by combining different operations of different types of machines on as few machines as possible, thus saving operations and process times. As an example, we have fully automatic punching and laser machines from Trumpf, which we also use for roll deburring, threading and smaller bending operations, in addition to the familiar punching and laser cutting. We are also able to offer a complete service, including riveting, welding and surface finishing. We can provide initial samples in series quality, but in recent years we have also developed into a growth partner for our major customers.

We think in solutions: Production
Prototype production - Pilot production - Series production: - Papenmeier produces from small to medium-sized batches. - From unique item and mini-series to medium-sized batch quantities, we are your reliable partner. - Flexible workflows and a high level of process management complement each other at our facilities.

We would like to respectfully propose potential cost savings for sheet metal parts in the consumer goods and home automation sectors.
We are pleased to be able to offer standard parts for several companies in the consumer and construction industries, which we hope will support their automation solutions. In addition to maintaining the highest standards of quality, we also place great importance on ensuring consistent delivery capability and cost-effectiveness. We are proud to have a team of 150 highly qualified employees and one of the most modern and largest machine families in the sheet metal processing service provider sector in our region, which allows us to ensure our ability to deliver. We endeavour to achieve cost-effectiveness by continuously optimising our production processes and value analyses for our customers. In sheet metal processing, modern machining centres have the potential to streamline work processes that are normally carried out on different types of machines or at different workstations, for example, punching and bending on the same machine. This could save an enormous amount of time and money.

Welded steel oil tanks
HBE manufactures oil tanks and oil sumps conforming to DIN or to factory standards, but the vast majority are produced according to customer specifications. Both normal steel and stainless steel are used in production. We are an approved welding shop in compliance with DIN EN 1090 and an approved shop according to §19 I, German Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz; WHG). In addition, all welding processes in the WPQR process are certified for compliance with DIN EN ISO 15614-1:2017-12. In our modern steel construction department, welded constructions of up to 6.4 tons and containers up to a volume of 20,000 litres are produced. Up to 1,000 litres, standard containers and tanks are available from stock within a few days. > Material S235JR (St37) > Stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) resp. 1.4571 (V4A), glass bead blasted inside and outside > Up to 20,000 litres resp. 6.4 tons > Leak test with certificate on request > Available for extra charge: - Comprehensive range of HBE accessories, such as cleaning covers, gaskets, oil level gauges, fillers etc. - Individual lid machining - Final varnish - Primary coating resistant to special media

Welding
The welding of structures and complex components with a unit weight of up to approx. 10,000 kg made of structural steels, alloyed and high-alloy steels, stainless steels or aluminium is one of our core strengths. With the common MIG, MAG, TIG welding techniques and manual electrode welding, we also ‘join’ demanding tasks. Our team consists exclusively of certified welders according to ISO 9606-1. The company is qualified for various welding processes according to DIN EN ISO 15614-1. We specialise in the manufacturing of pressure equipment in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive, including acceptance and compliant documentation by our own employees.
