      Staubabscheider

Dust collectors are mechanical filters. They consist of a filter fabric through which a fan directs the contaminated, particle-laden exhaust air. The pollutant particles are deposited on the surface of the filter fabric. The filtered air is then passed through the pores of the fabric. Over time, a so-called filter cake forms on the surface of the cartridge, which is regularly "blasted off" with bursts of compressed air and collected in easily emptied containers. These dust collectors require little maintenance and, thanks to their compact design, are particularly versatile and flexible in their application. So simple, so efficient. This type of air filtration and cleaning significantly extends the service life of the dust collector, while maintaining the same high suction performance even with reduced energy consumption. The advantage: permanently lower energy costs with the highest possible separation efficiency.

    2. Steel and plant engineering

      Steel and plant engineering

With us you get all services from one source, from sheet metal working to painting, all work steps can be done in-house. Thanks to our well equipped machine park we are able to process large single parts up to 50t. Steel components can be welded and manipulated up to an individual weight of 80t. Stainless steels and aluminum are tacked and welded in a separate hall. The requirements in the field of sheet metal processing, whether prototype or series production, we implement efficiently and economically according to the drawing. Modern equipment and competent employees support the production and accompany the order until delivery.

    3. Strength Verification – compliant and reliable

Strength Verification – compliant and reliable

Strength Verification – compliant and reliable In more than 75% of our projects, a strength verification is required. We perform these verifications in compliance with relevant standards, using state-of-the-art elastic or plastic analysis methods to determine stresses, strains, deformations, and internal forces. Our verification services include: - Static strength verification incl. stability checks (buckling, bulging, structural stability) - Low cycle fatigue verification (small strain ranges) - Fatigue verification - Endurance limit verification Materials & connections covered: - Base materials: sheets, steel profiles, cast parts, forged parts - Connections: welds, bolts, rivets, pins Our approach: Every verification starts with a detailed analysis of component loads. Depending on the standard and verification type, we apply elastic or plastic methods to ensure accurate assessment. Documentation tailored to your needs: From concise result summaries to detailed, audit-proof reports – we provide documentation in the format you require. Many of our reports have already been successfully reviewed by external experts from recognized inspection bodies. Your benefits: - Standard-compliant and audit-proof verifications - Comprehensive coverage of materials and connections - Flexible choice of analysis methods and documentation depth - External validation ensures maximum reliability and safety

    4. Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement

Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement

Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) is a patented technology that allows Markforged users to produce 3D printed components with extreme stability. With this technology, the continuous fibre is additionally inserted into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. It is called continuous fibre because it has only one start and one end point per layer. This allows you to achieve stabilities that are superior to milled aluminium in outstanding quality! Thanks to the supplied and optimally adjusted EIGER software, you can insert the continuous fibre individually per layer and, of course, also over the entire surface. Carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre and high-temperature glass fibre are available as continuous fibre reinforcement.

    6. Suction cups

      Suction cups

The suction cup connects the part to be gripped to the gripping system. A gripping suction cup is a device used in many industrial sectors to handle, lift, and move various products. Its operating principle is based on creating a vacuum between the surface to be gripped and the suction cup itself, which generates sufficient adhesive force to hold the part. Once the vacuum is stopped, the pressure is rebalanced and the part is released. Generally made of NBR, EPDM, silicone, polyurethane, or vinyl, these suction cups are suitable for a wide range of environments, including the food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. They can be designed in a flat shape to ensure a quick grip on smooth surfaces, or in a bellows version (with folds) to compensate for height irregularities and handle more fragile objects. There are also oval models for elongated shapes, and multiple suction cup plate configurations that distribute the gripping force over more complex parts.

    8. Sustainable mobility and component testing at TH OWL

Sustainable mobility and component testing at TH OWL
