With NuPMES, we focus on capturing operational data, machine data, and process data – essentially all the information generated and recorded on the shop floor – in real time. This data is seamlessly integrated with the company's existing specialized systems. Our motivation: transparency in manufacturing! We know that many factors, such as downtime, setup times, disruptions, cycle time losses, and scrap rates, influence the production cycle. Analyzing and optimizing these parameters is crucial for significantly improving production results.
