VISOR® XE
With the VISOR® XE series, we are expanding our proven vision sensor portfolio with a proven a future-proof, optimized hardware platform that is also equipped for continuing advancements in image processing and artificial intelligence. VISOR® XE sensors are more powerful and faster than their predecessors. They are also flexible, easily adapting to varying working distances, facilitating the precise detection and processing of objects. Visualization
The visualization connects the operator side with the machine side. A complex machine with many different tasks is easier for the operator to control and monitor via visualization than with conventional pushbuttons and message displays. The familiarization period for new machine operators can be shortened enormously thanks to logical operating elements. The machine parameters can be conveniently set via touch screen or mouse in the smallest possible space. The graphic display of a malfunction enables easy localization. Visualizations can be created on graphic displays, touch panels or even on industrial PCs.

VMX - 3-way detectable polymers
VMX is a portfolio of detectable, food safe plastic materials designed to support foreign material control programs in the food and pharamaceutical processing and packaging industries. Developed in collaboration with food manufacturers and detection technology OEMs, VMX plastics offer the optimal combination of detectability, compliance, and performance. High detectability - These bright blue engineering plastics are detectable in three ways (Visual, Metal, X-ray), with successful detection of particles as small as 2mm. Regulatory compliance – VMX products are food grade plastics with FDA and EU 10/2011 approval for use in food processing. All materials come with migration test documentation. Performance – Great wear resistance to prevent contamination of foodstuffs. The materials are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals used to clean-in-place/sterilize-in-place.

Wartungsgerätesreihe SYNTESI
Mit der Reihe Syntesi® wurde durch Metal Work im Ergebnis von 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Druckluft-Wartungseinheiten ein bedeutender Meilenstein gesetzt. Es wurden die Details genauestens untersucht, um bei verringertem Platzbedarf und Gewicht, die beste Leistung zu schaffen. Die Leistungsfähigkeit ist somit erheblich größer als die jeder anderen Einheit der gleichen Baugröße. Diese modulare Einheit bildet ein sehr einfaches aber effektives System, das keinerlei Halterungen, Standbolzen oder Joche für die Verbindung der verschiedenen Module benötigt. Die Grundausführung der Syntesi® bietet eine Vielzahl von Funktionen, die bei traditionellen Wartungseinheiten nicht vorhanden oder nur optional vorhanden sind. Beispiele dafür sind abschließbare Einstellknöpfe, zusätzliche Luftabnahmen vorn und hinten, Durchfluss von links oder rechts oder umgekehrt, Regler mit Kompensationssystem für hohe Genauigkeit bei schwankendem Eingangsdruck und mit hoher Rückentlüftung, absolut wischfeste Kennzeichnung und automatischer Kondenswasser-Ablass auch für Baugröße 1 und ein im Bereich von 360° sichtbares Niveau des Öl- oder Kondenswasserstandes. Die verwendeten Werkstoffe Technopolymer und vernickelter Messing besitzen eine sehr hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Zusätzlich ist eine spezielle Anti-Korrosions Version verfügbar mit Edelstahl Komponenten oder Geomet® behandelten Bauteile.

Wasserstrahlschneiden
Our 2D/3D waterjet cutting system with two cutting heads and a cutting area of 3000 mm width and 10,000 mm length processes metals and plastics, stone, glass and other materials up to a thickness of 250 mm. It cuts with high precision and without structural changes. The 3D technology allows complex designs and often replaces machining.
