TOOTHED BELT GEARINGS
Timing belts are increasingly being used in modern industry, especially when large forces need to be transmitted in a precisely controlled, quiet, slip-free and maintenance-free manner. The demands on the gears and their toothed belt gearings are correspondingly high. We have been producing these high-performance drive elements in different qualities and shapes for many years. We can manufacture the following toothed belt gearings: T 5, T 10, AT 10 XL – 1/5″ L – 3/8″ H – 1/2″

TOOTHED RACKS
Toothed Rack In comparison to gears, the toothed rack is not a round but a straight drive element or machine element. Toothed racks are used together with gears in a rack drive to convert a rotary movement into a linear movement. To do this, a gear engages the elevations or teeth of the toothed rack. The axis of rotation of the wheel is orthogonal to the direction of movement of the rod, so that the rotating wheel movement can be converted into a straight-line rod movement - and vice versa. This usually involves a back and forth movement. Toothed rack drives are highly efficient and are often used for large axial forces. As with gears, both straight and helical gearing are possible with toothed racks. Straight gearing has the advantage that it is relatively easy to manufacture and no axial force develops. However, when the engagement changes, there is a sudden loading or unloading and loud noises. With helical gearing, on the other hand, engagement and disengagement are gradual and quiet. In contrast, the inclination of the tooth width results in axial forces and various radial loads on the bearing. We manufacture both transport toothed racks and measuring toothed racks with straight teeth and helical teeth up to module 18 according to DIN, as well as modified pitches according to customer requirements - be it 2, 5 or 10 mm. We can manufacture transport toothed racks in any length with helix angles from 0 to 30 degrees. In contrast, we offer measuring racks with a maximum length of 2,000 mm and a pitch accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm per 500 mm length.

Torsion Springs
Torsion springs, also known as leg springs, are not subjected to stress by compression or tension, but by torsion, meaning the rotation/bending of the spring legs around an axis. Production takes place on CNC winding, coiling, and bending machines with up to 24 axes, which can process stainless steel wire and spring steel wire in wire diameters from 0.4 mm to 3.6 mm. From samples to large-scale production, all leg springs are manufactured cost-effectively using these fully automatic bending machines. We can manufacture all leg springs flush wound on the right or left side, or in pairs.

TORWEGGE overhead conveyor
JUST HANG IT! The overhead conveyor system is a flexible and efficient transport solution, ideally suited for a wide range of goods. With speeds ranging from 5 m/min to 40 m/min, depending on the load, and a capacity of up to 300 kg per meter, the system provides high load-bearing capabilities. It supports horizontal bends with a minimum radius of 500 mm and angles of 45°, 90°, or 180°, and vertical bends with a minimum radius of 1500 mm and angles of 15°, 30°, and 45°, depending on the load carrier. Each motor can handle a conveying length of up to 30 meters, depending on the transported weight, and total conveyor lengths of 100 to 200 meters are feasible based on the concept and needs. With a segment length of 250 mm and an integrated RFID chip for tracking, the system operates with low maintenance and reduced noise. It can also be used as a multi-level conveyor, adding further flexibility. The overhead conveyor system offers numerous advantages. Installed on the ceiling, it frees up valuable floor space, allowing more room for other activities. Its modular design allows for easy expansion or adjustment when material flow changes. Continuous operation improves productivity, and the reduced interaction between conveyed goods and personnel on the ground minimizes accident risks. The system’s versatility makes it suitable for various types of goods, such as clothing, automotive parts, or electronics.
