Stainless steel castors from TORWEGGE
Our stainless steel castors are made using high-alloyed, stainless chromium-nickel-steel, which makes them extremely resistant to humidity, steam and liquids. Stainless steel is also very resistant to extreme temperatures, so stainless steel castors can be used in cold-storage warehouses and ovens. This makes them the perfect choice for the food industry, as well as many other sectors with more exacting requirements. Depending on the chosen design and combination of wheels, our stainless steel castors offer a load-bearing capacity of up to one tonne.

Stainless steel control cabinet housing series TREVA INOX by BOXEXPERT
BOXEXPERT presents the Treva INOX series, specially developed for demanding industries such as food, medicine, chemistry and petrochemicals. These stainless steel control cabinets provide a hygienically perfect environment with a smooth, chemical-resistant surface. The series, made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304L and AISI 316L, satin finished with Scotch 320, ensures maximum shock resistance (IK10) and a high protection class of IP66, even against strong water jets. The Treva INOX housings are ideal for applications that cannot be covered by plastic housings. The robust surface and the foamed polyurethane seal in the door make it insensitive to aggressive substances, salt air and cleaning agents. The control cabinets offer protection against food acids and environmental influences without providing a target for germs and bacteria. The scope of delivery includes a mounting plate that can be attached without processing the housing wall, and a stainless steel cable flange plate. The mounting plate allows wiring outside the housing, while the flange plate with foamed gasket ensures IP66 protection when mounted. BOXEXPERT offers a wide range of accessories for the Treva INOX series, including hole-punched mounting plates, DIN rails, modular steel frames, interior doors, rain canopies, special locks and various mounting options. Special stainless steel cable glands, also in an extra-flat design, ensure a germ-free environment and enable easy cleaning of the housing system. Treva INOX is the optimal solution for hygienically demanding environments.

Stamped and bent parts
Products bent after the stamping process without spring properties are called stamped and bent parts. These are manufactured from coil material – often made of stainless steel – on our stamping and bending machines. Springy parts are referred to as leaf springs. For stamped and bent parts, we process material with a width of 2.50 mm to 120 mm and a thickness of 0.08 mm – i.e., thin sheet metal – up to approximately 3 mm. Thanks to our in-house toolmaking department, we can produce even small quantities cost-effectively on our stamping and bending machines. We produce small series or sample parts as laser-bent parts.

Stamping Parts
We define stamped parts as parts punched from coil material – often stainless steel – that are not bent into a different shape after the stamping process. For the production of stamped parts, we can process steels with a width of 2.50 mm to 120 mm and a thickness of 0.08 mm to approximately 3 mm.

Starex® couplings
Starex® couplings are used in general mechanical engineering and in pump drives, and as a flanged design for combustion engines.

Steel and plant engineering
With us you get all services from one source, from sheet metal working to painting, all work steps can be done in-house. Thanks to our well equipped machine park we are able to process large single parts up to 50t. Steel components can be welded and manipulated up to an individual weight of 80t. Stainless steels and aluminum are tacked and welded in a separate hall. The requirements in the field of sheet metal processing, whether prototype or series production, we implement efficiently and economically according to the drawing. Modern equipment and competent employees support the production and accompany the order until delivery.

Strength Verification – compliant and reliable
Strength Verification – compliant and reliable In more than 75% of our projects, a strength verification is required. We perform these verifications in compliance with relevant standards, using state-of-the-art elastic or plastic analysis methods to determine stresses, strains, deformations, and internal forces. Our verification services include: - Static strength verification incl. stability checks (buckling, bulging, structural stability) - Low cycle fatigue verification (small strain ranges) - Fatigue verification - Endurance limit verification Materials & connections covered: - Base materials: sheets, steel profiles, cast parts, forged parts - Connections: welds, bolts, rivets, pins Our approach: Every verification starts with a detailed analysis of component loads. Depending on the standard and verification type, we apply elastic or plastic methods to ensure accurate assessment. Documentation tailored to your needs: From concise result summaries to detailed, audit-proof reports – we provide documentation in the format you require. Many of our reports have already been successfully reviewed by external experts from recognized inspection bodies. Your benefits: - Standard-compliant and audit-proof verifications - Comprehensive coverage of materials and connections - Flexible choice of analysis methods and documentation depth - External validation ensures maximum reliability and safety

Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement
Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) is a patented technology that allows Markforged users to produce 3D printed components with extreme stability. With this technology, the continuous fibre is additionally inserted into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. It is called continuous fibre because it has only one start and one end point per layer. This allows you to achieve stabilities that are superior to milled aluminium in outstanding quality! Thanks to the supplied and optimally adjusted EIGER software, you can insert the continuous fibre individually per layer and, of course, also over the entire surface. Carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre and high-temperature glass fibre are available as continuous fibre reinforcement.
