PowerXL DX1 high-performance variable frequency drive
PowerXL DX1 is a high-performance closed loop adjustable frequency drive that will target high precision speed/torque/position control applications across several industry segments. DX1 is part of PowerXL series of VFDs with the ability to control induction, permanent-magnet and synchron-reluctance motors. It supports open-loop or closed-loop modes, including synchronized multi-axis configurations. The PowerXL DX1 is offered in 6 frame sizes up to 132 kW / 200 HP constant torque, 160 kW / 250 HP variable torque. DX1 defines a new class of user experience, functional safety and cyber security, delivering the highest available classes for each section, combined in a single device.

For series and mass-produced parts, we utilize bar machining, driven tools, multi-shift operation, and automated manufacturing processes. We machine workpieces with diameters exceeding 200 mm and component lengths up to 1,000 mm. Using high-performance mill-turn centers, including machines from the DMG MORI CTX TC 550 and 450 series, we perform complete 6-sided machining in a single setup. The main and counter spindles, along with the integrated B-axis, reduce cycle times, increase process reliability, and ensure maximum precision, even with complex geometries. To further increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness, we continuously invest in automation and Industry 4.0 solutions. Our Robo2Go systems flexibly automate the production of small and medium batch sizes. They enable rapid setup times of under five minutes, flexible switching between different workpiece types, automated workpiece handling, and the use of intelligent 3D camera recognition. With payload capacities of up to 35 kg, they offer maximum flexibility and process stability. The new PD series has completely closed and machined carriages and end elements for distortion-free assembly thanks to a special internal spreading technique. Like the previous ILD series, the PD variant is also available as a right-hand or left-hand thread, right-hand and left-hand thread or as a split spindle variant, each with a single or double slide.

Precision Hinges
New Hinge Generation for Precise Movements The new precision hinges from Ganter – available in many different versions – are wear resistant while delivering extreme precision and exhibiting zero backlash. Certain applications, such as in jig construction, automation systems or testing systems, require moving elements supported by extremely precise bearings. In concrete terms, this means a combination of maximum repeatability, zero backlash, long service life and adjustability. These are exactly the properties of the new precision hinges GN 7580, which might be more accurately referred to as joints. Of course, the Ganter portfolio already contains many different hinge versions, but these new products are generally suited to a unique range of applications. Facing increased demand for extremely precise pivot bearings, Ganter decided to design optimal solutions to fill this gap. The GN 7580 family consists of three size variants, each with four inner and outer leaf types. The leaves differ in turn by the type of mounting, which can be tangential or radial and make use of countersunk cylindrical bores or integrated threaded bushings of stainless steel. Plus, Ganter put thought into ensuring simple and positionally accurate mounting: The fitting bores ensure exact positioning of the hinges during installation. The four leaf types are designed to be mutually compatible and can be used together as needed in any combination. As usual with Ganter, they can even be ordered separately via specific article numbers. This ensures that the precision hinges cover a very wide range of applications. Precision medium pump
The SOMA precision medium pump (PMP) offers standard, intelligent pressure relief when supplying lubricants in industrial production processes. Based on the scoop piston principle with a very low transmission ratio, the SOMA PMP precision medium pump gently supplies your lubricant application with medium. The special follower plate geometry ensures fast venting with very low losses. A safety PLC in accordance with the Machinery Directive and a digital interface to a higher-level control system provides a safe and controllable process at all times.

Precotech300
The Precotech 300 from TBH is a fully automatic precoating system for filter cartridges that applies an additional protective layer of filter aid to the filter cartridge. This process ensures consistently high extraction quality, extends the service life of the filter cartridges, and significantly reduces maintenance and operating costs. The Precotech 300 can be flexibly integrated into automated processes and is particularly suitable for applications involving fine or sticky dust.

Pressure balance system
To achieve good dosing results that are reproducible, the pressure of the medium to be dosed (grease, oil or technical lubricants) must be limited upstream of the dosing valves to the optimum maximum pressure for the relevant application. The patented SOMA pressure balance system DAS 120/12 ensures, up to a maximum inlet pressure of 250 bar, that the medium pressure set on the outlet side is available to the dosing valves at a constant level and without pressure fluctuations. It is therefore predestined for use in supply systems for highly viscous media with low and medium pressure pumps.
