At 247TailorSteel, we bend your laser-cut sheet in the same order, aluminium included. That saves you time and money. We produce bent parts up to 75 kg, from simple angles to complex bent parts, as a single part or in large quantities.

We use LVD ToolCell machines. They measure the angle during bending and correct for springback. A data logging system stores the settings, so your parts come out the same on repeat orders.

Upload your drawing to our Sophia® platform. The manufacturability check shows you straight away whether your bent part can be made, for example whether flanges are too close together or tolerances cannot be met. If so, you see a notification. You adjust your file or consciously accept the risk. You see the price and choose your own delivery date. You receive your quote within one minute, with delivery from 48 hours.
