Kugelgewindetriebe in sechs Stunden – INDUNORM macht’s möglich Der Kugelgewindetrieb ist ein Antriebselement, das aus der Kugelgewindetriebspindel, der Kugelgewindetriebmutter mit Kugelrückführsystem und den Kugeln als Wälzelementen besteht. Zwischen Spindel und Mutter bewegen sich Kugeln in den Laufbahnen des Gewindes. Im Rückführkanal der Spindelmutter werden die Kugeln wieder zum Ausgangspunkt befördert und schließen damit den Bewegungskreislauf. So können Drehbewegungen wie die Rotation eines Motors in geradlinige Bewegungen umgewandelt werden. Meist wird die Spindel angetrieben, und die Mutter ist mit dem zu bewegenden Teil verbunden. In einigen Fällen wird auch die Mutter angetrieben und die Spindel führt die Linearbewegung aus. Bei den Herstellungsverfahren wird zwischen gerollten, gewirbelten und geschliffenen Kugelgewindetrieben unterschieden. Die Linearantriebe sind spielfrei und je nach Mutternvariante auch vorgespannt lieferbar. Damit stellen sie sehr hohe Positioniergenauigkeiten sicher. Dazu kommt der hohe Wirkungsgrad im Vergleich zu günstigeren Alternativen wie Trapezgewindespindeln oder Zahnstangen.
