      With the help of our processing machines, our customers have an almost unlimited technological variety at their disposal. Depending on the application, we can turn, erode, mill and grind small to large components. With our 25 processing machines and our experienced employees, we can machine components with the highest precision exactly according to customer specifications. Turbine parts, steel foundations and large components for mechanical engineering are our profession. We have already machined and manufactured workpieces for the paper industry, plastics industry, rolling mill technology and apparatus engineering. Our processing machines are directly connected to our CAD-CAM system, which enables us to simulate every single processing step and to prevent processing errors in advance.

      Thanks to our state-of-the-art, computer-controlled machining center, we are able to manufacture individual systems, entire series and large projects quickly, reproducibly and with the highest precision at reduced costs. No drilling, no crooked cut-outs, the quality differences to conventional machining by hand are striking. We also offer the machining of mounting plates and housings for other circuit builders. On request, we also equip the mounting plates with cable ducts and mounting rails.

      MAFAC SABA: The adaptive Concept Cleaning System The MAFAC SABA is a compact spray-flood cleaning system designed as a modular entry point into high-purity cleaning. The standard version provides efficient cleaning and drying; retrofittable options such as the MAFAC VAP pressure change process, ultrasound, ultrapure water rinsing, and ultra-fine filtration allow the system to be gradually expanded into a fully-fledged high-purity process. As such your die, carrying your brand name, company logo or your type designation produced to your specification. Whether sunken or raised embossing is purely a matter of design. Dependent on the material used, a variety of type fonts are possible. Sequential numbering tools offer additional necessary individuality, e.g., asset tags, cloakroom tags, vehicle identification plates or engine block plates.

Even more stable components with ULTEMTM 9085 filament Built for everything from high-performance tools and jigs to ready-to-fly production parts, the FX20 is the first 3D printer in the Markforged family to be able to reinforce ULTEM™ 9085 filament with continuous carbon fiber. The material is particularly characterized by its high heat and chemical resistance and also has the highest tensile and flexural strength. In addition, of course, the conventional materials can be printed such as Onyx, Onyx FR, Onyx ESD, Nylon White and a support material for ULTEM TM 9085, the ULTEM TM Filament Support. In the picture on the left is our colleague Jan Geese, Head of Application Engineering, with a feeding shoe from PLAN4 Engineering GmbH. The part was printed on the Markforged FX20 in around 66 hours with the dimensions 501 x 396 x 344 mm and 3160 cm³ Onyx.
