Laser bent parts
For laser-bent parts, we process custom-made laser cut parts made of steel, stainless steel, spring steel, and some non-ferrous metals, which we bend into shape according to customer specifications. This form of production is particularly suitable for samples, small and very small batches, as well as production runs with dimensions that are not suitable for punching machines. Our laser cuts sheet metal and thin sheet metal up to a maximum size of 1000 mm x 500 mm and a thickness of 0.1 mm to a maximum of 3 mm.

When it comes to laser cutting, we are perfectly positioned for you. Our laser systems include Co2 and solid-state lasers with the highest power stability and reliability. Special features: High-quality cutting results due to BrightLine fibre technology. The CoolLine function (water-cooled cutting process) enables a hole diameter of half a sheet thickness (from 12 mm). Format sizes: Up to 2,000 x 4,000 mm Material thicknesses: Structural and stainless steel sheets up to 25 mm, Aluminium up to 20 mm

Eleven state-of-the-art flatbed laser systems, with power ratings of up to 30kW, can economically produce any component contour from a wide range of materials — always with maximum cutting quality. With around 5,000 tons of sheet metal in various material grades in stock, we are a reliable and high-performance partner, even for short delivery times or large order volumes.

A printed circuit board laser is an indispensable tool in the electronics industry, as it is used for product marking and traceability. The laser can create color changes on printed circuit boards. Furthermore, customer labels can be replicated to enable quick and accurate product identification. Laser Marking System XXL-Box
The XXL box: Automation made easy The XXL-Box laser marking system is a cost-effective and flexible solution for integration into fully automated production lines and robot cells. The laser marking system is fully controllable by the customer's PLC setup and has a special robot mode for use with industrial robots to pic and place the workspace inside the box. This workspace is available in three different widths from 800 to 1600 mm and can optionally be equipped with an integrated two- or three-axis system, which enables the marking head to be quickly placed in the working area under software control and markings to be carried out at different points and at different levels.

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control and is a name for computer-controlled machines. CNC machines can be programmed and therefore repeat orders with the same quality every time. This allows you to order both large and small runs, regardless of the material. When you have uploaded your 3D drawing in Sophia, Sophia checks it for manufacturability. When this is in order and you approve the offer, Sophia sends it to the CNC laser cutter. The laser cut order is started and your job is produced.
