      Impulse dosing valve

The patented dosing valve for industrial lubricants is the result of several years of experience in developing and producing components in the field of volumetric lubricant dosing. The impulse dosing valve is in its element wherever lubricant quantities have to be dosed with positional accuracy and in a precise volume. It is controlled by a monostable, quick-acting pneumatic valve and achieves up to 20 dot-shaped doses per second. Different dosing volumes are therefore possible with a corresponding number of controls with only one IDV without significant loss of time.

    3. INDEX G160

      INDEX G160

New dimensions in turning and milling The INDEX G160 is an innovative turn-mill center in a class of iits own. Especially when it comes to efficient production of small workpieces with high complexity and variability. Based on a rigid and vibration-damping machine bed made of gray cast iron and large-dimension linear guides in the X, Y, and Z axes, this series stands for state-of-the-art machine engineering and delivers excellent machining results with high productivity. The INDEX G160 is equipped with two identical work spindles. Three tool carriers, combined with a large tool capacity, ensure maximum process reliability with minimal setup effort. With up to 16 productive axes, this modern turn-mill center offers exceptional flexibility for the complete machining of complex workpieces. The generously sized work area is unique in this class and impresses with its sophisticated features that allow simultaneous machining using all three tool carriers while minimizing the risk of collisions. The smooth, steeply sloped stainless-steel interior paneling ensures optimal chip flow.

Inductive safety sensors SIB - specially developed for use in safety concepts

The new SIB inductive sensors from BERNSTEIN offer two antivalent output signals (normally open and normally closed), which are monitored and compared by the safety controller. If the signals are no longer opposing, the fault is recognised and the system is safely switched off. With a suitable safety controller that recognises sensor faults before the next request to the safety function and in compliance with the BMA, use in safety-relevant applications up to PL d/SIL 2 is possible. - With suitable safety controller for requirements up to PL d / SIL 2 - Reduces the wiring effort - Low acquisition costs - Overall system becomes simpler and less complex - Two antivalent output signals (normally open and normally closed)

    6. Induktive Sensoren

      Induktive Sensoren
