High-performing lining materials for bulk material handling solutions
TIVAR™ liners are made from UHMW-PE, a material that offers the lowest coefficient of friction of all thermoplastics outside of PTFE. These lining materials offer you several advantages, including low friction sliding properties and exceptional abrasion and corrosion resistance. TIVAR™ UHMW-PE materials are known for their flow-promoting properties, helping you overcome common bulk material handling challenges such as blockages, caking, bridging, freezing, and hang-up of dry or moist materials.

Highly Secure Connection
Lockable standard parts are increasingly common in machine and plant construction, but they are also used in event hardware for locking and securing a variety of parts. Ganter is now expanding its range of indexing elements to include the lockable stainless steel indexing plungers GN 814. The integrated closing mechanism protects against unauthorized or accidental operation. Lockable indexing plungers GN 814 of stainless steel have the same basic functions as Ganter’s tried and tested selection of indexing plungers. What’s new is the clever addition of a locking function for greater safety and security. This is accomplished with a lock integrated into the black plastic head. On types A and AK, the plunger pin is secured in the front position by turning the key 180 degrees and removing it. The plunger then cannot be moved out of the base position. On types E and EK, the plunger pin can additionally be secured in the rear position, offering a lockable way to prevent the plunger from engaging, which is useful in situations where the plunger pin must be kept from protruding at times. On all types, the key can also be pulled out in the unlocked position to prevent unauthorized locking. The stainless steel indexing plunger is available with two different lock versions: Lock type SC allows all indexing plungers in use to be operated with the same key, while lock type SU requires a different key for each indexing plunger. To prevent unauthorized disassembly or adjustment of the indexing plunger, the hex nut used for screwing the part in or out is only accessible while it is unlocked and the head has been pulled back. A lock nut is available as an optional accessory that can be ordered with the type designations AK or EK with the appended “K” signifying a lock nut.

Hinges with safety switch in sophisticated design and with unique function!
GN 139.1 hinges with safety switch are used for hinged and opening protective equipment such as doors or covers on machines, in plants, in automation engineering and in the automobile industry. The hinge is compact and sturdy, making it the ideal choice for many applications. Classed as protective equipment, GN 139.1 hinges with safety switch can prevent hazardous situations as the contacts change their status from a defined opening angle forward. This switching point can be adjusted within the range +4°. The electrical switching elements are fully integrated in the mechanical hinge and are invisible from the outside, allowing the hinges to be classed under IP 67 (plug-type version) and IP 69K (cable version). Two contact switches offer double safety! The concealed bolt attachment from the back also makes this hinge particularly tamper-proof. The GN 139.2 hinges are similar in design and differ externally only by featuring a connector plug, making them the ideal choice as add-on hinge with unchanged perfect appearance. Flat and angled mounting plates are available to mount the hinges, allowing them to be mounted from the front or in the clearance between door frame and door. Oblong holes are designed for mounting to profile systems. In general, the GN 139.1 hinges with safety switch conform to many international standards and directives.

HMD - HeiMotion Dynamic Next Generation servomotors
The market is increasingly demanding for drive solutions with high acceleration torques respectively a very dynamic behaviour. To sectors like automation and robotics, also the compactness of the motors is of vital importance. In order to realize diverse applications the motors can be largely individualized. As an answer to the new demand situation Heidrive developed the new series HMD - HeiMotion Dynamic Next Generation, which represents highly dynamic servo motors. The motors of this series are not only endued with an optimized acceleration behaviour but also with particular robustness. The dynamic of the HMD Next Generation motors is achieved by a material optimization on the rotor and a reduction of overall length. Furthermore, a new winding technology has been used for the HMD Next Generation series. The robustness of HMD Next Generation motors was achieved, inter alia, by a full grouting under vacuum. In this way the coil is ideally thermally tied to the laminated core and the motor case. External mechanical influences like shocks or vibrations thus do not affect the stability of the windings. The latter are fully enclosed in the casting compound and thereby optimally protected. Another positive impact of the full grouting is the avoidance of partial discharges and koronas. This results in a longer service life of the drives. As an answer to the demands for 24/48V capable drive systems, with HMD Next Generation a low-voltage series is offered to the market. In addition, the torque gradation has been enlarged at the HMD Next Generation series.

HMDG - HeiMotion Dynamic servomotors with planetary gear
As additional extension to the HeiMotion servo range the HeiMotion Dynamic Next Generation series is now supplemented by compact directly mounted gears with diameters from 60 mm to 100 mm. The modular flanges allow besides the standard combinations even to combine different motor and gear sizes to realize special requirements such as high radial loads or various mounting types on the machine. Since the advantages of the HMD Next Generation motors, such as the further improved dynamics and the more compact design compared to their predecessors, were to be supplemented even further, the focus of the design requirements was on reducing the overall length of the gear and keeping noise to a minimum. The elimination of the clamp coupling and the more precise connection of the sun gear allowed the noise level to be reduced by up to 6 dB. The 1-stage gear unit is available in gear ratios of 1 to 10, and the dual-stage model is available in gear ratios from 9 to 64. Other advantages of direct mounting include the low mass moment of inertia and the light weight.

HMP - HeiMotion Premium Servomotors
The servomotors of the HeiMotion Premium series are able to meet the most demanding requirements on the market. The servomotors are available in five different flange sizes (40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 130mm) with varying overall lengths and various torque. Heidrive is offering the appropriate drive solution and covers a power spectrum from 50 W to 3750 W. The distributed winding technology with proven features facilitates the further development of compact sizes and reduces the production costs of the servomotor series HeiMotion Premium compared to other manufacturers on the market. Moreover, all conventional encoder systems from a resolver to a high-resolution HIPERFACE®-DSL-encoder can be adapted. Further options are possible using the planetary gears with direct mounting or the integration of powertrain electronics into the motor.

HMPG - HeiMotion Premium servomotors with planetary gear
The HeiMotion Premium servo motor range has been complemented by compact, directly mounted gear units with diameters from 40 mm to 100 mm for the entire motor series. The modular flanges allow besides the standard combinations even to combine different motor and gearbox sizes to realize special requirements such as high radial loads or various mounting types on the machine. The main focus of the design requirements was on reducing the length and the noise level.
