    1. FORTE series

      FORTE series

The FORTE series of CNC milling machines represents modern, vertical 3-axis machining centers with a traveling column design, offering high stability and machining performance. Developed for machining large and heavy workpieces, these machines impress with their smooth running and consistent accuracy, even under maximum load. The FORTE series particularly excels with long and bulky workpieces such as crossbeams, shafts, profiles, or welded structures. The generous Z-axis travel and robust construction make them a reliable solution for single-part and small-batch production. Features such as the heavy-duty, fixed machine table, the fully enclosed work area, a vertical stainless steel cover for controlled chip flow, and high-capacity tool magazines underscore the practical design of these machines. The FORTE series comprises various models to meet diverse manufacturing requirements. The FORTE 7/9/10/11 long-bed machining centers are designed for machining large and long workpieces, while the more compact FORTE 50/65/85 models offer an economical solution for precise machining of smaller parts.

    2. FP150-Series

      FP150-Series

The FP 150 series from TBH is a powerful cartridge filter extraction system specifically designed for extracting large quantities of dry metal or ceramic dust. The self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridge is effectively freed of dust by compressed air pulses, significantly increasing filter service life and enabling low-contamination dust disposal. Molecular sieves for gaseous pollutants and activated carbon granules for adsorption can be optionally used. The system offers continuous monitoring of the system status and allows for flexible air recirculation or exhaust air ducting.

    3. FP200 ATEX

      FP200 ATEX

The FP 200 ATEX series from TBH is specially designed for the safe extraction of highly flammable or explosive dusts and is certified for Zone 21 according to the ATEX directive (EX II 2/- DC IIIC T100°C). The self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridge is effectively freed of dust by compressed air pulses, significantly increasing service life and enabling low-contamination dust disposal. Disposal is particularly easy thanks to the removable dust collection container. Activated carbon granules and molecular sieves for the adsorption of gaseous pollutants can be optionally integrated. The FP 200 ATEX series offers various motor concepts, permanent system monitoring, and flexible air recirculation or exhaust air ducting, making it individually adaptable for demanding industrial applications.

    4. FP200-Series

      FP200-Series

The FP 200 series from TBH is designed for industrial dust extraction and is particularly suitable for extracting large quantities of dry dust. Thanks to patented, contamination-free filter changes and automatic filter cleaning using compressed air pulses, the systems achieve a significantly longer service life compared to saturation filter systems. The FP 200 series offers a flexible filter and motor selection, a removable dust collection container, and permanent monitoring of the system status. Activated carbon granules and molecular sieves for the adsorption of gaseous pollutants can be optionally integrated, allowing the system to be individually adapted to various applications.

from highend components to perfect solutions

IKO Nippon Thomson and ITK Precisioning GmbH are expanding their partnership and will jointly develop high-precision mechatronic complete systems. The goal is to combine IKO's precision mechanics with ITK's high-resolution measurement and control technology to create integrated solutions. The focus is on applications requiring extremely high accuracy and dynamics down to the nanometer range. Typical areas of application include microscopy, the semiconductor industry (e.g., wafer inspection), and measuring and analytical instruments. The extensive experience of both companies enables innovative and high-performance solutions. Customers benefit from end-to-end project management from a single source. IKO handles communication, organization, and execution, while the technical solution is developed jointly with ITK. Support is provided flexibly in German or English, which facilitates implementation, especially for complex projects. The systems are characterized by easy integration into existing equipment. Standard interfaces such as RJ45 or RS-232 are available. ITK also offers compatible accessories such as handwheels, joysticks, and interfaces, resulting in customized and expandable solutions. Initial results of the collaboration will be presented at the "all about automation" trade fair in Wels. Among the products on display will be single-axis, two-axis, and three-axis positioning systems with linear and rotary motion. Control is achieved via ICT systems such as Pollux, Hydra, and Andromeda. The MotionManager software allows for the simulation, monitoring, and optimization of motion sequences. Features such as real-time data acquisition enable precise system calibration and increase operational efficiency and accuracy.

    8. FX10 - Industrial 3D-printer for composites & metal

      FX10 - Industrial 3D-printer for composites & metal

Industrial 3D printer for the production of robust components with continuous fiber reinforcement The FX10 is Markforged's latest industrial 3D printer – designed for the serial production of strong, precise components directly in-house. With its robust construction, a closed print chamber, automated calibration, and two interchangeable print heads, the FX10 delivers the highest process reliability – day after day, shift after shift. Thanks to Markforged's proprietary continuous fiber technology, components can be reinforced with carbon, Kevlar, or glass fibers, achieving strength comparable to aluminum while being lighter. Ideal for equipment, grippers, fixtures, and spare parts that must withstand harsh industrial environments. The system processes Onyx (a nylon-based material with microcarbon fiber) as well as other high-performance materials such as Onyx FR or Smooth TPU 95A. The modular design also allows for quick switching between composite and metal 3D printing, as the FX10 is also compatible with the metal print head. This makes it particularly flexible – without the need for a second machine. The FX10 is controlled by the intuitive Eiger software, which can be operated cloud-based or locally. The integrated sensors and automatic laser measurement ensure consistent quality and reduce manual intervention to a minimum. Key Features: Build volume: 375 x 300 x 300 mm Print materials: Onyx, Onyx FR, Onyx ESD, TPU, continuous fiber Two interchangeable print heads (composite and optionally metal) Automatic calibration & laser measurement Integration into existing manufacturing processes possible The FX10 is designed for companies that not only want to test additive manufacturing, but also want to use it productively and cost-effectively – today and in the future.
