      High-Speed Laser Cutting in XXL Our modern fiber laser cutting systems enable the greatest possible precision up to a format of 3000 mm width and 25,700 mm length at unusually high cutting speeds. We cut sheet thicknesses up to 30 mm in steel, stainless steel (oxide-free) and aluminum. Bevel cuts Up to a width of 2500 mm, we are able to apply bevel cuts up to +/- 45° on the outer contours, e.g. as weld seam preparation. Up to 3000 mm width we can also offer bevel cuts up to +/- 45° on inner contours. Tolerances We guarantee a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm and a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm as well as a cutting tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm/m cutting length. The remaining tolerances are based on DIN EN ISO 9013 or individual agreements.

      The FIT LASER is a compact, all-in-one solution that combines all the necessary components and protective devices for marking components directly on your production line in a simple, safe, and cost-effective way. This fully integrated marking unit was specifically designed to meet the demands of modern manufacturing processes. Weighing only 13 kg, the FIT LASER is particularly compact and easy to integrate. Connection to your system control system is via a single Profinet, Profibus, or Ethernet IP connection, significantly simplifying commissioning and saving time. The FIT LASER meets the requirements of laser class 1. To protect bystanders, the laser beam is enclosed in a radiation-tight tunnel. The marking field is available in various sizes, including 30 × 30 mm, 50 × 50 mm, 60 × 30 mm, and 100 × 30 mm – other sizes are available upon request. A mechanical compensation system integrated into the system ensures consistently high marking quality – without the need for sensitive electronic autofocus solutions. It compensates for positioning deviations of the robot arms, tolerance fluctuations of the workpieces, and variations in component dimensions. This ensures the ideal focus distance is always maintained and the marking is precise and reliable. To ensure continuous and trouble-free operation of the FIT LASER, even under demanding production conditions, the system features special protective features such as access to the protective glass of the lens and an integrated extraction system for smoke and fine dust particles. This equipment ensures a long service life and minimizes maintenance requirements and downtime.
