IKO Nippon Thomson and ITK Precisioning GmbH are expanding their partnership and will jointly develop high-precision mechatronic complete systems. The goal is to combine IKO's precision mechanics with ITK's high-resolution measurement and control technology to create integrated solutions. The focus is on applications requiring extremely high accuracy and dynamics down to the nanometer range. Typical areas of application include microscopy, the semiconductor industry (e.g., wafer inspection), and measuring and analytical instruments. The extensive experience of both companies enables innovative and high-performance solutions. Customers benefit from end-to-end project management from a single source. IKO handles communication, organization, and execution, while the technical solution is developed jointly with ITK. Support is provided flexibly in German or English, which facilitates implementation, especially for complex projects. The systems are characterized by easy integration into existing equipment. Standard interfaces such as RJ45 or RS-232 are available. ITK also offers compatible accessories such as handwheels, joysticks, and interfaces, resulting in customized and expandable solutions. Initial results of the collaboration will be presented at the "all about automation" trade fair in Wels. Among the products on display will be single-axis, two-axis, and three-axis positioning systems with linear and rotary motion. Control is achieved via ICT systems such as Pollux, Hydra, and Andromeda. The MotionManager software allows for the simulation, monitoring, and optimization of motion sequences. Features such as real-time data acquisition enable precise system calibration and increase operational efficiency and accuracy.

EGE Füllstandssensoren überwachen und messen Füllstände präzise und zuverlässig auch unter extremen Bedingungen. Dabei arbeiten sie nach unterschiedlichen Funktionsprinzipien, abgestimmt die Anwendung. Das Spektrum reicht von kapazitiv, über optisch, hydrostatisch bis hin zu Mikrowelle oder Ultraschall. Besonders unter widrigen Bedingungen wie extremen Temperaturen von – 230 bis +230° C, aggressiven Medien oder in Ex-Bereichen leisten die Füllstandssensoren von EGE herausragende Arbeit. Dies gilt sowohl für hydrostatischen Sensoren und Ultraschall, als auch für den Einsatz hochpräziser Messgeräte der Serie MF basierend auf der TDR-Technologie mit IO-Link. Jeder Sensor kann an andividuelle Anforderungen angepasst werden.

Industrial 3D printer for the production of robust components with continuous fiber reinforcement The FX10 is Markforged's latest industrial 3D printer – designed for the serial production of strong, precise components directly in-house. With its robust construction, a closed print chamber, automated calibration, and two interchangeable print heads, the FX10 delivers the highest process reliability – day after day, shift after shift. Thanks to Markforged's proprietary continuous fiber technology, components can be reinforced with carbon, Kevlar, or glass fibers, achieving strength comparable to aluminum while being lighter. Ideal for equipment, grippers, fixtures, and spare parts that must withstand harsh industrial environments. The system processes Onyx (a nylon-based material with microcarbon fiber) as well as other high-performance materials such as Onyx FR or Smooth TPU 95A. The modular design also allows for quick switching between composite and metal 3D printing, as the FX10 is also compatible with the metal print head. This makes it particularly flexible – without the need for a second machine. The FX10 is controlled by the intuitive Eiger software, which can be operated cloud-based or locally. TWO BECOME ONE Gear unit and motor in one: DuoDrive With the IE5+ synchronous motor, NORD DRIVESYSTEMS is setting new standards with regard to energy efficiency of drive systems in the food industry and intralogistics. NORD has now integrated this high-efficiency IE5+ motor in a single-stage helical gear unit and thus optimised system efficiency. GEOS - The industrial and outdoor enclosures and cabinets
The GEOS-S cabinets offer all the advantages of the tried and tested GEOS series such as the flexible modular system, test certificates for international markets and robust material. In addition, they provide additional protection for the electrical and electronic components in harsh environments, e.g. in industry and outdoor installation. The doors of the GEOS-S cabinets are available in gray or transparent. The transparent one allows for example the reading of displays, while command and signaling devices remain protected without affecting the technical properties. Thanks to their large opening angle of over 180 °, the doors guarantee that you can work on the open housing without restrictions and are easy to operate at the same time. Optional door stays allow the door to be fixed in 2 positions when it is open. In sensitive installation environments, an additional door contact switch, which is integrated into the frame and does not take up any space in the installation room, enables remote querying of the opening status. The stable construction of the box and lid / door has a high impact resistance (IK 09) despite the light material. The housing made of robust polycarbonate is resistant to UV radiation, weathering, corrosion and chemical influences. The Drain Protect sealing principle with a wide cover, a drainage channel along the sides of the housing in the box and a circumferential elastomer seal reliably protect against moisture. The cabinets are prepared on the back with M32 / 40 knockouts for the BEL Air M40 ventilation element, which prevents the formation of condensation.
