In Sophia®, you can now easily select construction profiles for your order. The software reads your drawing and automatically offers you suitable profiles. Read here which profiles are available to you.

We recently expanded 247TailorSteel's material range to include various structural profiles. These profiles are cut for you on our modern tube laser machines. Simply select the right metal profile conveniently via Sophia®.

Application of Profiles
Profiles are primarily used in building and construction projects. Thanks to their special shape, they offer advantageous properties such as high strength and rigidity. They can be found almost everywhere – from hall construction and bridge construction to crane construction and window frames.

Selection of Various Profile Types
In Sophia®, you can choose from various profile types in standard sizes, including corner profiles, T-, U-, H-, L-profiles, and I-beams. HOP profiles are also part of our range. Do you need a different size or have special requirements? Contact us – together we will find the right solution.

Easily order your structural profiles in Sophia®. When drawing your part, please consider the design requirements for tubes. The profiles must be drawn according to industry standards for the software to recognize them. If the profile is part of an assembly, Sophia® will automatically detect it. Once you select the profile, simply assign the correct profile type to the part using the material selection.
