YOUR TASKS
You operate CNC-controlled gear grinding machines
You set up the CNC gear grinding machines, adjust grinding wheels, clamp and align the gear elements
You work according to drawings, protocols and our work plans
Create CNC programs taking into account the gear data, such as head and root relief, angle corrections, etc.
You create the required documents, such as gear protocols (profile, flank line and pitch protocol)
You maintain and service your CNC gear grinding machine
You check the machining result using various measuring devices
YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator / precision mechanic or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field of gear grinding
Technical affinity
Competence in CNC programming
Ability to work in a team
Accuracy
German, both written and spoken
