With our experienced team, we are your expert partner for the professional and reliable manufacture of your components and assemblies.
Since 2016, RT-Lasertechnik has been located in the AUREA industrial park directly on the A2 motorway in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. Approximately 1,000 tonnes of steel are processed every month in accordance with our customers' specifications on a site covering around 48,000 m2. Our long-standing presence on the market, our experienced employees and our customer-oriented range of services are the hallmarks of our service promise.
We have continued to develop since our foundation in 2002. Starting out as a pure laser cutting company, our services now include laser cutting, profile and tube laser cutting, forming, welding, assembly production, installation, machining, mechanical processing and surface finishing.
With our large and modern machine park, we impress our customers with our vertical range of manufacture and production capacity. We are your partner for uncomplicated and reliable order processing.

Products & services
Laser cutting
When it comes to laser cutting, we are perfectly positioned for you. Our laser systems include Co2 and solid-state lasers with the highest power stability and reliability. Special features: High-quality cutting results due to BrightLine fibre technology. The CoolLine function (water-cooled cutting process) enables a hole diameter of half a sheet thickness (from 12 mm). Format sizes: Up to 2,000 x 4,000 mm Material thicknesses: Structural and stainless steel sheets up to 25 mm, Aluminium up to 20 mm
Bending
Precise folds according to your ideas - our six bending machines produce within the tightest tolerances. Your products are folded exactly according to your ideas with the help of our servo-mechanical and hydraulic press brakes. Our machinery enables production within the tightest tolerances. Canting benches: - LVD-PPEB 500/61 (Easy-Form®) - TrumaBend S400 - TrumaBend S225 - TruBend 5230 - TruBend 5130 - TruBend 7036 - ProfiPress 130 pressing force: Up to 500 tons Bending lengths: Up to 6,000mm
Profile/Tube lasers
The clamping of the tubes and profiles enables precise cutting to length as well as the execution of recesses and contours. Complete processing on one machine optimizes set-up and processing times. The weld seam detection ensures the quality of the production result. The result is a high-quality product that is ready for immediate use according to your individual wishes and specifications. Particularities: Bevel cuts up to 45°, weld seam preparation and miter cuts. Processing of open profiles using adaptive clamping technology. tube laser: - Tube 5000 CO2 material thickness up to t=8mm - Tube 7000 CO2 material thickness up to t=10mm - Tube 7000 fiber material thickness up to t=14mm Diameter: Up to 254mm Production lengths: Up to 8,000mm Material thickness: Up to 14mm
Welding
In our welding department we "join together what belongs together". In addition to the conventional manual welding methods, we have a modern welding robot. This allows us to process up to four welded assemblies at the same time. Particularities: Manual editing: Certified specialists, processing of components weighing up to 10 t. Welding robot: Integrated weld seam monitoring, multifunctional order processing.
Assembly
We offer the assembly of complex assemblies as well as individual parts. This leaves the implementation of your complete project in one expert hand. In our separate assembly area, we flexibly assemble your finished end product. Since all work steps are carried out under one roof, you can dispense with unnecessary further transport of the components and immediately receive your ready-to-use end product. Benefit from uncomplicated processing of your order without having to use another third-party service provider. Machining

Mechanical processing
The mechanical processing department rounds off our range of services as a full-service provider. This includes drilling, countersinking, cutting, reaming, riveting, sawing and projection welding. Special features: Straightening: Reduced heat distortion in welded assemblies. Rounding edges: Optimum preparation for coating of any kind, rounding of the edges and removal of the oxide layer from the cut edges. Surface finishing
We finish your laser parts or assemblies individually according to your wishes or advise you on the surface finishing of your products. Whether galvanised, painted or powder-coated - our reliable cooperation partners ensure a perfect result. Special features: Long-standing and cooperative network in the immediate vicinity. Logistics
Thanks to our fleet of vehicles, we can adapt our customer-specific logistics concepts precisely to your wishes and requirements and implement them at short notice. We will be happy to carry out a weekly or even daily delivery of your products ex works for you. In addition, we take care of customer- or product-specific packaging of any kind and are happy to be your contact. Our logistically ideal and customer-friendly location, directly in the AUREA industrial estate on the A2, also plays a large part in getting your goods to you as quickly as possible.
Construction
Our design department develops and optimises your technical drawings with regard to our production standards. Our designers are happy to provide you with technical, testing and advisory support. We optimise your components and assemblies and develop technical solutions together with you.
