Hegewald & Peschke develops and produces high-quality machines for the destructive material testing and the testing of components and finished products. Due to a modular construction concept of the entire measurement and testing technology individual customer requirements can be realized next to the serial manufacturing.

Universal testing machine inspekt table
The testing machine series inspekt table was developed for standard-compliant materials and component testing in the medium load range, with particular attention paid to reliability and flexibility. It is ideally suited for materials testing of plastics or non-ferrous metals as well as for testing smaller components, for example from instrument engineering. In combination with our user-friendly testing software LabMaster, standard-based and customer-specific tests can be easily implemented. Testing machine, testing software and our extensive range of accessories such as specimen grips and testing tools, extensometers or temperature control devices are optimally matched to each other and offer the ideal testing system for a wide variety of testing applications (tensile tests, compression tests, bending tests, peel tests,...). Inspekt table is available in six different load levels from 10 kN to 250 kN. On request, the testing machines of the inspekt table series can be equipped with a second test area. They are available as floor-standing or table-top versions, depending on the requirements of the workplace. Modern and flexible load frame design for various applications: - Load frame extremely variable in height and width → optimal adaptation to different specimen and component sizes - Connection of peripheral devices (e.g. furnaces, temperature chambers) and additional measuring and control channels (e.g. extensometers, measuring probes, optical sensors) possible
Universal, multi-axis test systems for component and furniture testing
The Calmar pro.2 series from Hegewald & Peschke is designed for flexible component and furniture testing. Universal testing machines inspekt series
Universal testing machines from Hegewald & Peschke guarantee a flexible solution for a wide range of test-ing tasks. Both standard specimens and the most unusual finished products and components can be tested precisely and reliably. The inspekt universal testing machine series is manufactured in Germany and meets the highest require-ments for measuring accuracy and versatility. It allows tensile tests, compression tests, bending tests, peel tests and shear tests on a wide variety of test specimens. The inspekt series is based on a modular system so that it can be transformed into an absolute specialist with the appropriate grip, extensometer or cli-mate/temperature chamber or furnace. Our testing machines are available in various series, with which material and component tests can be car-ried out precisely in a wide load range up to 2.5 MN. The innovative component testing concepts of the inspekt vario series and customer-specific special solutions enhance our portfolio.
New testing machine series inspekt vario: Maximum flexibility for component testing
In component testing, complete components or individual parts of a product are tested according to defined standards and specifications. The testing of components includes their application safety, strength, formability, toughness and fatigue properties. Hegewald & Peschke has developed the inspekt vario testing machine series especially for testing components of different sizes and shapes. Based on the proven technology of the inspekt testing machines, the inspekt vario is characterised above all by its flexibility. The testing machines have 2 backlash-free ball screws and 4 surface-hardened guide columns. The columns are intentionally not covered to guarantee a high degree of flexibility. Features and advantages Open Design The open enables a high flexibility in terms of testing machine dimensions: test room depth and height can be adapted specifically to the component. The usable test room space is increased as there are no panelling limitations. In addition, the columns can be used for mounting accessories. Various load levels and test room widths 8 load levels as standard: 100 kN, 250 kN, 400 kN, 600 kN, 1200 kN, 1500 kN, 2000 kN, 2500 kN. test room widths are variable and can be selected: 610 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm Due to the modular design principle of the inspekt vario testing machine series, individual customer requirements can also be implemented in addition to series production.
