Products & services

Siegling Transilon - Conveyor and processing belts
Efficient Conveying and Processing Certain conveying and processing tasks require mechanical, physical or chemical belt properties which are made possible only by special production processes, combination of materials or finishing. The standard Siegling Transilon construction consists of polyester fabric as tension member with synthetic or elastomer coatings. Siegling Transilon is used successfully in industrial, commercial and service companies worldwide. The standard product range includes over 160 various conveyor belt types and constructions for the most diverse of application requirements. We offer special product ranges for numerous industries and applications.

Siegling Transtex - Conveyor Belts
Logistics and parcel service companies operating worldwide have been relying upon Transtex quality for years. On an exclusive basis, Forbo Movement Systems have added Transtex conveyor belting to their product range with worldwide stocks, sales and service. Thanks to ready availability, we are expanding your possibilities wherever conveyor belts are placed under heavy mechanical stress. An extensive product range with two product lines is available. The maximum production widths - depending on the type - range from 1,800 mm to 2,100 mm. Larger widths are available on request.

Siegling Prolink - Plastic Modular Belting
Because of their construction conventional conveyor belts are not suitable for certain applications. Siegling Prolink plastic modular belts are an excellent solution in these cases: The material is rot-resistant, durable and physiologically safe (all standard materials used are FDA compliant). As a rule cleaning the belts is simple. The Siegling Prolink system consists of different series functionally designed for diverse conveying and processing tasks. Inserted connecting rods join the individual modules together making them flexible and endless. This means: variable widths and length simple repair low stocks Existing machinery can be converted to Siegling Prolink easily. Apart from the standard colors, any color is available on request.

Siegling Extremultus - flat belts
Siegling Extremultus flat belts are easy to handle and track superbly even at high speeds. Available in various designs they enhance power transmission and conveying in many industries. The structure of the tension member and top face and underside coatings define the characteristics of the flat belt. The Siegling Extremultus range offers five lines with different tension members and coatings to match. This variety offers a wide choice of diverse types for sophisticated, cost-saving designs and efficient operation.

Siegling Proposition - timing belt
Siegling Proposition high-efficiency timing belts are made of high-quality polyurethane with an embedded tension member made of steel cord or Kevlar. Thanks to their low mass and extreme tensile strength, they are quiet to operate and require virtually no maintenance.

Siegling Fullsan Homogenous conveyor belts
Siegling Fullsan belts are made in production widths of up to 2 m / 78.7″ (one of the widest worldwide without a lengthways seam). As a result, wider conveyors can be made and food production output increased. Belt surface quality Siegling Fullsan belts have exceptionally smooth and even surfaces. Therefore, they make cleaning easy and reliable, even when belt scrapers are used. Once cleaned, the required food safety level is guaranteed. The belts are UV-C-resistant. Stability (no elongation) Siegling Fullsan belts comes as a fully homogenous, non-reinforced version and a reinforced Fullsan Pro version with aramid cords. As a result, however heavy the load, belt elongation is minimized and service lives are extended. Reinforced belts are cut to width in the center between the aramid cords in order to retain the belt’s superb hygiene qualities. Service Our global service network and local fabrication facilities ensure fast shipments (even 24/7 in emergencies) and local service at a high level of quality. Hygiene/product conformity Forbo Siegling belts are made to state-of-the-art hygiene standards (NSF, FDA, EU, USDA, and in some cases even EHEDG). Expertise and skills Our employees have extensive belt expertise and service skills, superb tools and equipment and only use approved processes and materials. Diverse fabrication options Forbo Siegling Fullsan belts can be fabricated in a variety of ways with profiles, sidewalls, and perforations etc. Splicing Forbo Siegling develops appropriate fabrication tools and processes in-house. Documentation Siegling Fullsan documentation (printed/digital) on products and tools is extensive and easy to understand. As a result, you obtain a full package of information with documentation that’s easy to follow. A one-stop shop Homogenous belts are now joining the product portfolio alongside fabric-based and plastic modular belts. You benefit from end-to-end belting solutions.

Siegling Transilon AMPMISER/ECOFIBER Conveyor and processing belts with tension members made of recycled PET
Forbo Movement Systems’ Amp Miser™ conveyor and processing belts with lower friction coefficients, and therefore exceptionally low-drag, energy-saving undersides, have been on the market successfully for more than 10 years. Users have frequently reported electricity savings of up to 50% compared with conventional conveyor belts. This factor pays dividends, particularly in areas where lots of belts are running on long conveyors – in other words, in logistics centers, or on baggage conveyors in airports. The impact can translate into annual savings running into six or seven digits. It’s an investment that very quickly pays for itself, both financially and environmentally due to lower carbon emissions. And to persuade any remaining skeptics, the leading belt manufacturer decided to ask TÜV Rheinland to test and certify the product’s characteristics and claims made about it. The certificate is now available and can be downloaded from the company’s website. The conveyor belt manufacturer’s customers now have a document they can trust when they put measures in place to improve their own carbon footprint. What’s more, the tension member fabric of two certified belt types is made of recycled PET. At the same level of quality as the primary material, yarns made of recycled PET save valuable resources and cut down on harmful carbon emissions. At Forbo Movement Systems, the R&D team’s key objectives are to maximize environmental friendliness and boost product value.
