Timmermans Verspaningstechniek has increasingly specialized itself, so as to be able to develop the best possible, sustainable production processes. We have developed a fine-tuned logistics plan for all the traffic within the factory hall, including material ‘hotspots', speedy inward and outward transport routes, to and from the machines, and clearly indicated transport routes. All of this, so that we can manufacture still more quickly and efficiently, and including a clearly organized, clean shopfloor, which ensures a pleasant working environment. Timmermans Verspaningstechniek, in close cooperation with its customers, has simply continued to grow, after taking its new factory premises into use in 2002. It was not for nothing that we selected the slogan ‘Size matters’ back then. This conscious choice for not only small, but also large and even larger workpieces, has, during the past years, led to a strong expansion of the capacity of our machine park. As a consequence, our completely renewed factory hall, with its 2 overhead cranes of 25 tonnes each, has in the meantime been taken into use, which has made the logistic handling of workpieces substantially easier. And we will also be making new and innovative investments in our machine park this year! Through the application of smart technology, it will be possible to provide 5-axis machining and (vertical) turning for products up to 1000mm in diameter, using a 32-pallet warehouse and with a minimum number of clamping procedures. Renishaw® Apply Innovation, in association with Timmermans Verspaningstechniek, takes care of the measurement reporting on our Mazak VCN, Integrex and Integrex AG (using an optical system!) and also on our Doosan Puma 2600II, in order to guarantee that each product optimally meets all desired specifications. Im Bereich der Vulkollan-Erzeugnisse haben wir mit einer komplett neuen Produktion unsere Kapazitäten deutlich erweitert und können auch aktuell interessante Lieferzeiten anbieten. Wir verarbeiten Original-Vulkollan nach Bayer Nomenklatur auf Basis von Desmodur 15. Als lizenzierter Partner von Covestro verfügen wir über jahrelange Erfahrung mit diesem Werkstoff. Neben unseren Standard-Produkten fertigen wir nach Ihren Zeichnungen und entsprechend Ihrer Konstruktion Räder, Rollen aber auch Formteile mit Vulkollan- oder Polyurethan-Belägen. Kontinuierlich verarbeiten wir die Shore Härten 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95°Shore A. Neben dem Standard finden Sie bei uns Vulkollan- und Polyurethan-Produkte auch hydrolysestabilisiert für den Einsatz bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, sowie elektrisch - leitfähige oder antistatische Ausführungen. Die Lohnfertigung feinmechanischer Produkte nach den Zeichnungen unserer Kunden stellen einen weiteren zentralen Fertigungsschwerpunkt dar. Wir bieten ein breites Spektrum vom Prototypen über die Einzelteilfertigung bis hin zur großen Serie. Hierbei ist die Dreh- und Fräsbearbeitung, konventionell sowie auf modernen CNC-Maschinen, der Schwerpunkt, der um die Montage von Baugruppen und das Schweißen von Komponenten ergänzt wird. Unsere Produktion in Deutschland ermöglicht kurze Wege und eine schnelle Umsetzung Ihrer Vorgaben. Bisher hat das kleinste Teil, dass wir an einen Kunden liefern durften, einen Durchmesser von 0,21 mm und ist 1,1 mm lang, hat Bohrungen und gefräste Flächen. Unser größtes Bearbeitungszentrum kann Werkstücke mit einer Größe von 3.000 x 900 x 1.100 mm (X x Y x Z) bearbeiten. Wir produzieren nach Ihren Zeichnungen und CAD-Modellen und nutzen je nach Teil und Maschine zur Programmierung CAD-CAM Systeme genauso wie die schnelle Werkstattprogrammierung. Auf Wunsch unserer Kunden montieren wir Baugruppen. Sollte das Löten, Schweißen oder Verkleben dazugehören, führen wir dies selbstverständlich aus. Wir verarbeiten eine große Zahl von Materialien und haben so auch Erfahrung mit anspruchsvollen Kunststoffen und Metalllegierungen. Wir verarbeiten Halbzeuge in Stangen oder als Zuschnitte, Guß- und Schmiedeteile. Unsere Fertigung beginnt mit Prototypen und Einzelstücken und erstreckt sich über Kleinstserien bis hin zu Stückzahlen von mehreren Zehntausend.
