Suction cups
The suction cup connects the part to be gripped to the gripping system. A gripping suction cup is a device used in many industrial sectors to handle, lift, and move various products. Its operating principle is based on creating a vacuum between the surface to be gripped and the suction cup itself, which generates sufficient adhesive force to hold the part. Once the vacuum is stopped, the pressure is rebalanced and the part is released. Generally made of NBR, EPDM, silicone, polyurethane, or vinyl, these suction cups are suitable for a wide range of environments, including the food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. They can be designed in a flat shape to ensure a quick grip on smooth surfaces, or in a bellows version (with folds) to compensate for height irregularities and handle more fragile objects. There are also oval models for elongated shapes, and multiple suction cup plate configurations that distribute the gripping force over more complex parts.
Vortex
NOVACOM develops and designs equipment in France that operates using the Vortex effect, a phenomenon derived from fluid mechanics. Our Vortex solutions, powered by compressed air, provide climate control and cooling for a variety of industrial applications. By capitalizing on the Vortex effect, our products guarantee rapid cooling and high performance, even in the most challenging environments.
Blowing
Compressed air blowing technology is used in numerous industrial processes, including cleaning, drying, cooling, ejecting parts, gas extraction, material transport, and shaping. NOVACOM manufactures a comprehensive range of components for specific compressed air applications at its site in France. These enable either consumption-optimized blowing or performance-oriented amplification of the air flow – thus ensuring a quick return on investment through energy savings or increased productivity. Vacuum-box CVM Edition
Whether for palletizing, moving long sheets of metal, planks, or even handling porous surfaces of various sizes (plastics, cardboard, bricks, tiles), our CVM “Edition” vacuum boxes perfectly adapt to your applications. Available with a plate equipped with suction cups or a foam plate, our solutions meet your specific needs. CS Series Vacuum Boxes (from 130x300 mm to 130x600 mm): • With integrated multi-stage cartridges: This model generates suction directly inside thanks to its multi-stage cartridges (from 2 to 4 cartridges depending on the model). • With counter-blowing: Similar to the previous model, this CVM also offers a counter-blowing function for quick part release. SV Series Vacuum Boxes (from 130x300 mm to 130x1200 mm): • Without venturi: This model is designed to be used with an external vacuum pump, without an integrated venturi.
Ejectors
At NOVACOM, we have developed a wide range of Venturi systems tailored to a variety of industrial requirements. Our venturis, made from high-quality 6082 aluminum or 316L stainless steel, combine robustness with easy integration into your production lines. They have been designed to make maintenance as easy as possible: wear parts such as solenoid valves and seals can be replaced quickly and easily. Which venturi is right for your specific needs? SINGLE-STAGE VENTURIS / CLOG-RESISTANT series: Ideal for demanding environments, these lightweight and compact models can be used directly on a suction gripper or in a decentralized manner. The clog-resistant version is particularly suitable for so-called “contaminated” areas (dust, particles, etc.) and always offers optimum performance. Series MULTI-STAGE VENTURIS: This series offers higher suction power with lower consumption – ideal for extracting large volumes of air. Thanks to state-of-the-art multi-stage cartridge technology, our PVP and Grip models offer greater efficiency than classic single-stage systems. Series VACUUM BOXES: Our boxes are suitable for handling workpieces of various sizes, e.g., sheet metal, wooden panels, or porous surfaces. They are available in various standard sizes and can be equipped with suction gripper plates or foam materials. We also offer custom-made boxes for special requirements. Series PNEUMATIC CONVEYING: These systems are designed for the extraction and transport of a wide variety of materials (dust, granulates, balls, etc.) as well as for degassing applications. They can be easily integrated into existing systems and are available in various sizes to meet your requirements.
