Our range of services includes thermal forming through deep drawing, pressing, bending, or tool-free forming, as well as the machining of all technical plastics. We support you in the planning phase and accompany you through to the realization of your demanding products, ensuring the optimal implementation of your ideas. Thanks to our many years of experience, we refine your products in terms of appearance and precision according to your specifications. We offer milling, polishing, and drilling services. Our qualified and experienced staff complement our machinery. Bending: Distortion-free, clean, and dimensionally accurate bending is no problem for us. The bending areas are brought to forming temperature, clamped in individual models and fixtures, and fixed until completely cooled. For some materials, such as polycarbonate, cold bending is also an option for even more precise and efficient production. Laser: Our laser system can produce complex contours and engravings with excellent quality. High-gloss polished edges are the result of this cutting process. Our nesting software optimizes sheet material waste. Precise cutouts are produced using a panel saw. Software-controlled processes determine the optimal utilization of the panel beforehand. Milling: With our milling centers, we are technically capable of implementing complex requirements according to your specifications. Our CAD/CAM system can process a wide variety of file formats. The various machines are controlled via optimized post-processors. Bonding: Using specialized adhesives, we enable durable, water-resistant, or visually superior bonds between workpieces. Our standards include crystal-clear bonds, flawless surfaces on molded parts, and high precision in machining. Whether custom-made or series-produced, our products are as individual as your needs. Diverse applications require specialized bonding techniques, from the invisible bonding of a display to the brilliant mitered bonding of a machine enclosure. All adhesives are individually tailored to the requirements of your product. We also specialize in bonding different materials using structural adhesives. Welding: Components made of engineering plastics are often subjected to heavy loads. For such demanding applications, the joint is created using plastic welding processes. Using special welding nozzles and hot air or ultrasound, the material is heated to its melting point and fused together under pressure. Finishing: For all products with special surface requirements or for advertising purposes, painting, printing, and sandblasting are available for finishing. Sandblasting: In the lighting industry, diffuse surfaces are often desired. With our sandblasting cabinet, we are able to produce these necessary homogeneous surfaces. Precise masking allows us to perform partial sandblasting. Painting/Printing: With our qualified partners, we can fulfill all your requirements for these finishing processes. Whether digital printing, screen printing, or painting – we handle the entire process, and you receive your products from a single source.
