The VITO XM coolant filter is a mobile filtration solution for cooling lubricants, oils, and aqueous solutions in industrial applications. With its 120-liter tank, it is particularly suitable for companies that need to safely collect, filter, transport, and subsequently return or dispose of contaminated fluids from machine basins, tanks, or systems. The VITO XM draws the coolant directly from the basin, removes chips, suspended solids, abrasion particles, and fine residues, and stores the purified fluid in the integrated tank. The coolant can then be pumped back into the machine or disposed of in a controlled manner. Filtration down to 5 µm ensures the clean and stable use of coolants. This reduces the load on the coolant circuit, minimizes deposits in the basin, and can help reduce cleaning efforts, odor formation, and stress on pumps, lines, and tools.
