VITO AG has stood for high-quality mobile filtration systems “Made in Germany” since 2001. With more than 25 years of experience, the company has developed into an international provider of portable filtration solutions. Today, VITO systems are used in over 50,000 businesses across more than 150 countries.

In addition to its headquarters in Tuttlingen, Germany, VITO operates international branches in Hürth, Dubai, Orlando and Santa Lucia di Piave. Based on its long-standing filtration expertise, VITO is now expanding its proven technology into the industrial sector, especially for applications involving coolants in metalworking and CNC machining.

A key product for this sector is the VITO 90 coolant filter: a mobile, compact and easy-to-retrofit solution for filtering coolant directly in the machine tank. The VITO 90 removes chips, fine particles, abrasion and contamination from the coolant – without machine downtime, without modifications and without complex integration into existing systems.

By keeping coolant cleaner, the VITO 90 helps improve process stability, extend coolant lifetime, reduce tool wear, minimize unpleasant odors and lower cleaning effort. It is particularly suitable for individual machines, small and medium-sized companies and production environments without a central coolant system. At the same time, it can also serve as an effective addition to existing filtration systems when finer or additional filtration directly at the tank is required.

All VITO filter systems are manufactured at the company headquarters in Tuttlingen, Germany. From incoming materials and assembly to testing, packaging and shipping, every step of the production process is carefully controlled.
