The VITO 90 coolant filter is a mobile and compact solution for filtering cooling lubricants directly in the machine tank. It removes chips, fine particles, abrasion, and dirt from the coolant, thus supporting clean, stable, and efficient manufacturing. Especially in CNC operations, residues accumulate in the coolant over time, which can negatively impact pumps, lines, nozzles, tools, and process reliability. The VITO 90 addresses this issue directly in the tank, without modifications or complex integration into existing systems. Regular filtration allows the coolant to remain stable for longer, reduces unpleasant odors, and minimizes manual cleaning. Simultaneously, the coolant circuit is relieved of stress, as fewer particles circulate continuously within the system. The VITO 90 is particularly suitable for individual machines, workshops, SMEs, and companies without a central coolant system. It can also be used to supplement existing filter systems when additional fine filtration directly at the machine tank is required.
