PC plastic control cabinet housing series PERLE PC by BOXEXPERT
BOXEXPERT presents the Perle PC series as a convincing alternative to conventional sheet steel control cabinets. Despite the prevailing opinion about the superiority of sheet steel, the Perle PC series offers high-quality appearance and robust external walls. With a double-walled structure, it guarantees optimal protection for sensitive installations and achieves IK10 shock resistance. The control cabinet is user-friendly, quick to install and cost-effective. The 120° pivoting door with lock protects installations from unauthorized access. Variants such as swivel levers and various lock options are available. Prefabricated domes on the inside allow an intermediate plate to be installed in the housing. The wide PUR seal ensures IP66 protection. The housing door is available in gray and transparent. Perle offers a variety of mounting options with mounting domes on the inside of the door, the bottom of the housing and all sides. The included galvanized steel mounting plate allows electronic components to be mounted outside the housing without any wall work. The range of accessories is extensive: perforated, multi-perforated or height-adjustable mounting plates, lockable interior door, various fastening options, snow and rain roofs, membrane bottles and multiple cable entries. BOXEXPERT will be happy to advise you on the versatile possible uses of the Perle PC control cabinet.

PCB Piezotronics Calibration services
Regular calibration serves to ensure quality with regard to the usability of the measuring equipment and to ensure a comprehensive calibration history. This guarantees safe and error-free measurement results. The calibration laboratory of PCB Piezotronics Europe GmbH is approved by the German Accreditation Body GmbH (DAkkS) and, in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, offers the calibration of acceleration and vibration displacement sensors for the measured variable acceleration in the frequency range of 5 Hz ... 15 kHz for the dynamic force impact excitation in the range of 0.1 ... 10 ms the calibration of impulse and modal hammers. The following are calibrated at the Hückelhoven site: Accelerometers o Piezoelectric acceleration sensors (ICP®/charge) o Piezoelectric seismic sensors (ICP®/charge) o Piezoresistive accelerometers o DC acceleration sensors (MEMS) Piezoelectric impulse hammers (ICP®/charge) Condenser microphones (ICP®/200V) Portable vibration calibrators Handheld shaker Further calibrations of sensors can be performed at PCB Piezotronics in the USA. These calibrations correspond to A2LA and are equivalent to the DAkkS calibration.

PCB What`s new
New Products from PCB Piezotronics in the area of Measurement and Testing Technology and Maintenance: new acceleration sensors, microphones, industrial vibration sensors, force and pressure sensors, sound level meters, calibration systems for microphones and the company's machine condition monitoring are presented in the PCB Piezotronics Innovations 2024 flyer. Highlights of this flyer are the PCB and Endevco brand sensors for vehicle safety. Also worth highlighting are the miniature ICP/IEPE triaxial acceleration sensors, which can be used in the temperature range up to 163 °C, and the dual-channel ICP/IEPE measurement data acquisition. The industrial acceleration sensors for vibration monitoring described in the flyer are IO-Link compatible and therefore offer machine protection with proven technology that can be easily integrated into your existing control platform.

Performance level calculation
The Machinery Directive lays down specific requirements on the safety and reliability of control systems. These requirements to the functional safety apply to electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. We carry out the determination of the required performance level using SISTEMA, a programme which reflects and clearly documents the systematics of the harmonised standards EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 13849-2.
