Laser processing of workpieces offers us a high degree of flexibility with relatively short lead times. By using laser technology in a wide variety of machines, we are not only able to create prototypes using laser fine cutting, but also to laser mark, engrave, or even cut a wide variety of materials into shape. Especially when it comes to producing assemblies in small series, our systems are ideally positioned to handle even complex tasks as an extended workbench.

Laser Welding
Precise welding with precise energy input, high welding speed for every seam geometry and minimal material distortion due to lower heat input. The advantages of laser welding are obvious. But with the new MBH fiber laser, we are adding another highlight. Deep laser welding and heat conduction welding are possible in one process.

Lasercutting
Laser cutting is an incredibly precise and efficient machining technique that allows various types of materials, including metal, to be cut to size. This method of metalworking has many possibilities. At 247TailorSteel, you can order laser-cut aluminum, steel and stainless steel sheets to size in various sizes and thicknesses. 247TailorSteel works with CNC laser cutters. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control and is a name for computer-controlled machines. CNC machines can be programmed and therefore repeat orders with the same quality every time. This allows you to order both large and small runs, regardless of the material. When you have uploaded your 3D drawing in Sophia, Sophia checks it for manufacturability. When this is in order and you approve the offer, Sophia sends it to the CNC laser cutter. The laser cut order is started and your job is produced. Leaf Springs
We produce customized leaf springs from coiled material and from sheet metal using modern stamping and bending machines. Leaf springs, as the name suggests, are springy; non-springy parts are referred to as stamped and bent parts. We process material in widths from 2.50 mm to 120 mm and thicknesses from 0.08 mm to approximately 3 mm.

lean SL® - Rack and pinion gear unit
Inexpensive and robust: Our lean SL® rack and pinion gear unit Lifting movements are carried out in many automation technology applications. Rack and pinion drives are particularly suitable for this because they are easy to handle and very solid. The rack and pinion lifting gear units of our lean SL® series with a round guided rack can also be freely combined with each other thanks to our unique modular system. That's why it doesn't matter how extensive your system is: you can connect as many gearboxes as you need - depending on your requirements. Incidentally, this flexibility applies not only to the lean SL® series, but also to the lifgo® series. Combinations of rack-and-pinion gear units from both series are also possible without any problems. In this way, systems with a wide range of variants can be realised cost-effectively. Level oil gauges
HBE level oil gauges permit the safe monitoring of the liquid level in tanks. The level gauges are available in a scale plate or float switch version.

Level switches
Level switches from HBE are suitable for mineral oils, diesel and petrol as well as water and are available with one, two or variable switch contacts. In addition, some variants can also be used to monitor the temperature.

Our lifgo® rack and pinion gear unit - robust, precise and extremely versatile Rack and pinion gear units from LEANTECHNIK convert rotation into linear motion and are versatile thanks to their modular design. For applications with long stroke and travel distances, you can also easily string together any number of our lifgo® rack-and-pinion gear units. The basis of our extensive range of rack and pinion drives for linear axes is the lifgo® series. This rack and pinion drive is particularly resilient and has a long service life - so it can meet the highest demands for speed and synchronicity. The 4-fold roller guide of our lifgo® rack drives ensures high positioning accuracy, as is required for the efficient operation of handling systems and packaging equipment, for example.
