CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control and is a name for computer-controlled machines. CNC machines can be programmed and therefore repeat orders with the same quality every time. This allows you to order both large and small runs, regardless of the material. When you have uploaded your 3D drawing in Sophia, Sophia checks it for manufacturability. When this is in order and you approve the offer, Sophia sends it to the CNC laser cutter. The laser cut order is started and your job is produced. We produce customized leaf springs from coiled material and from sheet metal using modern stamping and bending machines. Leaf springs, as the name suggests, are springy; non-springy parts are referred to as stamped and bent parts. We process material in widths from 2.50 mm to 120 mm and thicknesses from 0.08 mm to approximately 3 mm.
