Bent wire parts are made from steel wire, stainless steel wire, spring steel wire, or other materials. They are resilient or non-resilient, bent in two or three dimensions, and sometimes very complex. Made from resilient materials, they are not necessarily subjected to stress in one direction, either tensile or compressive, but rather individually depending on their application and generally remain dimensionally stable as a whole. We produce bent wire parts using CNC winding, coiling, and bending machines with up to 24 axes. These process round wire with diameters from 0.4 mm to 3.6 mm. From initial batches to large-scale production, all quantities can be produced cost-effectively.

The Wire-tray trunking from PFLITSCH is the ideal solution for routing cables and conduits clearly. Its open design makes it easy to clean and is therefore particularly suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. But the use of the Wire-tray trunking is also ideal when sufficient ventilation or permanent access to the laid cables and conduits is required. Worm geared motors are very silent and represent an economic solution especially for low power ranges. They achieve high gear ratios and can be also used in narrow spaces thanks to their compact design. Available with one or two stages and are being offered in foot or flange-mounting versions. Innomotics worm geared motors boast with ShaftMount - keyless tapered hollow shaft locking system. They are being offered with solid or hollow shafts. These types of motors are usually used for small conveyor belts and other conveyor system or for rope lifts by example.

High-quality worm gears and worm shafts Worm gears and worm shafts consist of a "worm" with a screw shape that rotates into a meshing worm gear. In the field of drive technology, the worm shaft in a worm gear is the component that transmits the torque. The worm shaft drives the worm gears by screwing into the worm gear. The number of teeth on the worm gear is also called the number of gears. The worm gear can be used to transmit high forces, as several teeth are always in engagement at the same time. While the worm shaft is usually made of round steel, the worm gear is made of bronze, for example, due to its self-lubricating effect. We manufacture worm shafts by precise milling, whirling and grinding and offer them in modules from 1 to 14 with a diameter of up to 320 mm. A pitch of 0.25 to 315 mm is possible. The pitch angle can be a maximum of 40 degrees. We present our worm gears in the same modules, but with a diameter of 15 to 630 mm and a center distance of up to 450 mm.
