van Dinther high pressure 4/3 three-way valve up to 700 bar.
From the well-known concept of the manually switchable slide valve, we have developed an electrically controllable version, easy to control with 24V, with integrated microelectronics. In contrast to the common design of the 700 bar seat valve, in which 4 small seat valves are controlled via a lever mechanism, there is only one moving part in the hydraulic part of our valve. The opposing compensation elements are designed to be pressure-tight. This allows us to achieve the range of functions of a seat valve. In order to stay within the usual installation space, a coating was found during the development process that significantly reduces the friction in the valve. The valve is controlled by a motor that would otherwise move your seat in a car.
This mass-produced part, like all other valve components, has withstood millions of load changes at nominal pressure on our test bench. The valve is latching and remains in the position it is in if there is a power failure. The worm gear of the valve drive is self-locking, meaning that no valve movement can occur. This means that a hydraulic load would be maintained even if the power fails. The electronic valve control developed in-house works with absolute values ​​and knows its position even after a power failure.
However, if you require a valve reset in your application, such as with a spring-centering valve, we can simulate this using an additional electronic device. In the event of a power failure, the valve then moves to the middle position.
Depending on the choice of electrical components, the valve can be controlled either in a latching manner or electronically spring-centered. Position monitoring of the switching position is possible.
